Chapter Nine

Sora's POV

"You're a keyblade wielder?!"
"W-What's that?" I asked, shocked.
"Cid?" A male voice called. I turned around to see a tall man with brown long hair and black clothes.
"A keyblade?" The man asked.

He brought us to his home that was just around the corner.
When we walked in I saw a girl with long brown hair and a pink dress standing in there.
She looked worried.
"Did you find out what that noise was?" She asked the man.
"Yeah, it was them." He said, pointing to us.
Cid walked to him and pulled him aside.
The lady looked at us and smiled. She walked over to us.
"Hello, I'm Aerith, nice to meet you." She said, holding her hand out for me to shake it.
I took it and smiled.
"I'm Sora, and this is Kairi."
She shook Kairis hand.
"Please, come in and get yourself comfortable." She said. We smiled and walked to her couch and sat down. Aerith followed.
"So I haven't seen you around before? Are you new here?" She asked.
I nodded.
"Yeah, we came from destiny islands." Kairi said.
She smiled. "Oh nice. I've been there before, it's quite the sight." She said.
I nodded.
"Wait, How did you get there?" I asked her.
"Oh on the gummy ship of course." She said.
I looked at her confused.
"Gummy ship? What's that?" I asked.
"You don't know what a gummy ship is?... how did you get here then?"
"By a raft." Kairi said.
She looked shocked.

Then Cid and the man came back to us and sat down also.

"I'm Leon by the way." The man said.
I smiled at him.
"I'm Sora and this is Kairi."
He nodded.
"Why didn't you tell me you were a keyblade wielder?" Cid asked.
"I don't even know what that is." I said.
Cid looked at Leon for a brief moment.
"How did you not know about that? About any of this world and what comes with it?" Leon asked.
"Because on the island we didn't have anyway of knowing what was happing on the outside world." I said.
He shook his head confused.
"This makes no sense..." He mumbled.
"Teach me??" I spat out.
We made long eye contact.
"Teach you what."
"How to use the keyblade."
He smirked.
"What's in it for me?" He asked.
Then Ardith punched Leon's shoulder and glared at him.
He sighed.
"Fine."

Riku's POV

I teleported back to the main room in the organizations building (forget what it's called)
I sat down on the couch in front of Zigbar. He was reading a comic book. I laughed a bit.
"There's a meeting in the chair room!" I heard someone yell.
Me and Zigbar made eye contact then we both rolled our eyes and teleported in our seats.

The brightness of the all white room blinded me. I put on my hoodie and sat back in my chair.
When everyone was seated, Xemnas started talking.
"Ever since our newest member has joined us, we have collected more hearts faster then usual. Which means, our hearts will be ready soon!"

I don't need a new heart though...
Honestly... I didn't really give in to the darkness... I can't, I know xemnas will want me to do something to Sora anyways, so I need to make sure I watch myself.

"Riku." Xemnas spat.
I looked up at him.
"I have news about Sora."
I sat up, interested.
"He left the island."
WHAT?! If he's not at the island... then the organization will have a better advantage to hurt him and what about the heartless?! Oh no!!
"Also... he's a keyblade wielder. He just found out today."
I looked down at the floor. I would've loved to be there with him and see him find out.
I sighed a bit.
"And he's not alone don't worry. He found friends. Which will probably replace you in no time."
I sat back in my chair again and crossed my arms.
I hope not...

—————— the next day——————

I finished my mission early today. Maybe I should go see Sora? Well, not see him but just watch over him.
So I teleported everywhere till I found him.
Traverse town? What is he doing there?
I stood on top of a tall building and watched him. He was with a bunch of people and Kairi is there? Damn, Sora was always good with people.
I smiled.
Then everyone walked to the side except for Sora and a tall man in black. Who is he?
The man summoned his keyblade and got in his ready stance. They're fighting?
He better not hurt him.
I got comfy and watched.

Sora's POV

"Summon your keyblade." Leon said.
I shrugged.
"I don't know how..." I said.
"How did you do it last time?"
"I don't know I just felt... this power inside me... it was weird... and there was this... heartless? After me." I said.
He nodded. Then he swung his keyblade at me. Yet again it was in slow motion. The blade was half way to me.
I shut my eyes and took a deep breath. I held out my hand and made a shape like I was holding it. Then it popped up in my hand with particles around it.
I smiled. I then swung my keyblade at his and our blades clashed together.
He smirked.
Damn he's strong.
He pushed harder, making me feel like I was gonna fall.
"Argh... you're so... strong!" I yelled.
He smirked again. He pushed harder. I tried pushing hard too but it was no use.
"Leon! Take it easy on the boy!" Cid yelled.
Leon then pushed one last time making me fall back on my back hard.
"Owww..." I said quietly, holding my head in pain.
"You have no muscle." Leon said harshly.
I glared at him.
I stood up and swung at him, but before I hit him, he blocked my attack with his keyblade.
"Nice try, you got good strength kid."
"Stop calling me kid!" I yelled. I pushed away his keyblade and it fell to the ground.
He looked at me shocked.
"Good job!" Everyone cheered.
Leon smiled.
I smiled back, breathing heavily.

Riku's POV

I smiled at Sora's winning.
That's my boy. I see that he's okay... and that he is in good hands... Tears formed in my eyes.
I can go now. I stood up and put on my hoodie and teleported back to my room.
I plopped on my bed and shut my eyes.
Then there was a knock on my door.
"Yes?" I asked annoyed.
The door opened and it was axel.
I sat up and looked at him confused.
"Xemnas wanted me to show you our new member."
I nodded.
He walked in more so that the person can walk in.
A boy walked in, he had blond hair that was spiked up, he had blue eyes, kind of like Sora's.
"This is Roxas." He said.
(Roxas isn't Sora's nobody in this book)
He waved.
I smiled.
"I'm Riku." I said.
Roxas smiled.
"So are you teaching him stuff?" I asked Axel.
Axel nodded.
"Well, I hope you have fun Roxas." I said. Roxas smiled.
"Thanks..." he said shyly.
Axel laughed a bit.
"Well we should go now Roxas, got a few more things to show you before your first day tomorrow." Axel said.
"Xemnas is making him work the day after he just got here?" I asked surprised.
Axel nodded annoyed.
"I know right." He said.
"Well, bye Riku!" Axel and Roxas said. I waved bye.
I plopped back on my bed and fell asleep.
