Chapter Four

Day: 10

Riku's POV
I was just taking a stroll on the beach. Then I saw something brown in the bushes. I ran up to it and picked it up. It was my old wooden sword I used to use when play fighting with Sora. I smiled. I picked up the other one and ran to find Sora. "Sora!! Sora where are you?! Sora!!!!" I yelled. I then spotted him sitting alone on the tree stump, looking out at the water. I smiled. I ran up to him and sat down next to him. "Hey! Look what I found!" I said. He looked at the swords I was holding in my hand and smiled. "You found them?!" He asked, over joyed. I nodded and smiled. He hugged me really tightly, his arms around my neck. I had my arms out surprised. "Thank you!" He said happily. I smiled. I wrapped my arms around his waist and hugged back. We pulled away but he kept his hands on my shoulders and mine on his waist. "Wanna fight like old times?" He said, smiling. I smiled. "Oh I would love too!!" I said. He smiled big and jumped off of me and grabbed his sword and got in his ready stance. I did the same.

Sora's POV
Riku won. Of course he did XD. Now we both are sitting on the tree stump looking out at the water.
"I miss the kid years. Those were the days." I said. I looked at Riku who looked sad. "Riku? What's wrong?" I asked. He didn't look at me, he just starred at the water. "Nothing..." he answered. He looked at me and gave me a reassuring smile. I put my hand on top of his. "Riku, don't hold it all in. You know you can talk to me about anything." I said. He looked down at our hands. He then held my hand in his. He smiled at me. "I'm okay. Thanks." He said. I smiled back. "Good." I said. I started to blush. I started at our hands clasped together. Why do I always get butterflies when I'm around him? Maybe I... no... nevermind, I'll just forget about this feeling, it's probably nothing.
