The new partner came in today. It was actually my favorite person among the group that came to work on this project. A really mousy sensitive guy named Nat. His area of expertise was Optometry before The Company. His whole job is to study and observe his eyes. I used to think that was the hardest job and there was nothing that would provoke me to trade with him. But the indigo blotches in his eyes have become a mysterious, unique charm of his. Nat still seems as terrified of him as I did before he started changing. It's odd. Maybe Nat is just blinded by his fear that was present before the change. Either way, it's kind of nice to have another person working with me.
