She's brave, fearless and fiery. Everything you like in a woman. Her attitude is driving me insane. She's a stunning enigma and she makes it impossible for me to read her. She's like a riddle that can't be solved, but when I mentioned that I would kill her, something definitely triggered inside her. I need to know who she is. Pacing up and down my office, I waited for Chase to come give me the information he has found out about her. I buried myself in paperwork to take my mind off her, but she seemed to still be on my mind.
I don't know how long it had been since I started working but I heard a knock on the door and Aidan walked in. He was holding a sheet of paper tightly in his hands, my eyebrows furrowing in curiosity.
"What is it Aidan?"I asked him annoyance clear in my tone
"Uh, why don't you see for yourself?" He mumbled nervously, scratching the back of his neck.
"Put it on my desk, I'll see you later. You are dismissed," I ordered him, busying myself back to the paperwork, but even that didn't hide the panicked gulp from Aidan's throat.
"Buddy, it's really important. You need to see it right now," He said to me, slowly approaching the desk and handing me the paper.
"Fine let me see," I took the paper in my hands and as my eyes flickered to the printed writing my heart rate accelerated and the corners of my mouth twitched up into a large smile.
