Fuurgrim is walking through the corridors towards the foyer to meet with Tralexei. He noticed that Maya was standing with Tralexei. "You must make this quick, Maya the meeting will be taking place shortly." Fuurgrim said with an impatient tone. "I found out why Amadeus has been trying to get Dom's amulet back." Maya said. "Ok, wonderful, why couldn't this be brought up within the meeting?" Fuurgrim inquired. "Because it holds Walter's soul, not Dominique's." Maya replied. An look of confusion comes across Fuurgrim's face. "Wait, so the magic you can perform..." Fuurgrim started. "Is coming from his soul, not Dom's. Eliza and I believe that something of this magnitude should not be shared with Walter due to how he usually responds to bad news." Maya said. "I see. This is quite dire then. I shall continue to hold on to this information then. Let us make our way to the Emerald room with the others." Fuurgrim said as they begin to walk through the corridors. "What are you having this meeting about anyhow?" Maya asked. "Simple, we're going to have guests that we must keep entertained." Fuurgrim said solemnly.

Cain was sparring against Conquest with the battleaxe given to him by War. He worked on controlling the motions of the axe as it seemed to move him with a bit of recoil on his swings. "My, my, you swing that thing quite slow don't you? Must be that weak body of yours. Please tell how effective honestly believe you could be to anyone with that?" He said while effortlessly dodging his swing attempts. Cain grunted in irritation. "Well it isn't my fault that this axe is so damn heavy." Cain said as he swings downward. Conquest takes a small step to the right as the axe barely missed him slamming the ground. Cain then attempts to pull the axe out of the ground as it appeared to have gotten stuck. "Well we can clearly check brute strength off the list." Conquest said as he sat down. "The damn thing is stuck now." Cain said. "How long are you going to pester us with your presence Strife?" A lighter brown-skinned woman then appears out of nowhere. She had quite messy hair in which some curls had matted together where others had fell freely. She wore bright silvery armour with a slight rosy hue. She wore no weapons and her eyes we a steely gray colour. "Sorry Conquest, I got bored. I see that you're still helping your charge in combat." Strife said. "Yes, I'm starting to think that it may not be his best option." Conquest said. "Oh come now, Conquest, how long are you going to toy with him and watch him struggle. You clearly see that the weapon is far too heavy for him," she said as she walked over to the battleaxe. "You're starting to become more sadistic than me to watch him suffer this long." Conquest glanced off as he sat with a scowl. "I simply expected him to figure out that the weapon was too much for him to handle. Unfortunately it appears he never will." He said. "So I was wasting my time?" Cain asked. "No, you just couldn't figure out how to solve your own problem to overcome it. Like I said, you need control which is clearly what you refuse to gain if you continue to not use your abilities." He replied. Strife placed her hand on one of the blades of the battleaxe. Her eyes slowly glowed a deep shade of Crimson. "Why don't you do me a favour little battleaxe and break for me." She said. In that moment the blade her hand was placed on slowly disintegrated. "How did you do that?" Cain asked with a look of astonishment upon his face. "Oh that? I'm just used to getting what I want and things comply. It's a power I inherited from my mother, Asmodeus." She said. "Your mother is the Demon Lord of Lust?" Cain asked. "She prefers 'Demon Goddess,' but yes that's the one." She confirmed. "Wait. So how are you allowed up here if your mother is a wretched demon." Cain asked. "Cain, mind your words!" Conquest scolded. Strife smiled and glanced at Cain. "It's fine, Conquest. He asked a valid question. Even if it came off a bit harsh compared to what I've heard. I was taken from my mother upon being selected to become one of the first horsemen. So if you'll excuse yourself for making negative statement of my mother I will appreciate it." She said as her eyes started to glow once more as she was talking. A large feeling of shame and remorse came over Cain, consuming him. He noticed he was feeling the backlash of what she was saying to a much higher degree. He could not seem to shake it off. "I am sorry, I wasn't aware that happened. I sure your mother was quite sad upon that happening." Cain said. "She was for a time until she received word that I was fine." She replied as the glow faded from her eyes. "What exactly did you just do to me?" Cain said shaking his head. "I allowed you to experience one of my abilities first hand. I can make people feel whatever I so desire so they will react how I want them to. That is what makes my power a little different from my mother's. I do appreciate my apology, however" Strife said. "My will cannot usually be penetrated, how did she manage to control me like that. I must gain the upper hand on her first to make sure that I am always in control of her. As soon as I can properly control my own abilities." Cain thought to himself. Strife then picks up the axe and hands it to Cain. "Keep working. It took some time for me to fully control my abilities as well. I was practically a mute for many years. It helps however to have one thing that represents you. Be it a weapon, technique, or power, if you have a calling card your name will be memorable and you'll have more pride and drive behind mastering your abilities. I actually like the look of a throwing axe in your hand. Practice with that, but perhaps a smaller one would be better for you." She said as she turned to leave. "A smaller throwing axe?" Cain thought to himself. "Oh by the way Conquest, Lady Priscilla is looking for you. She wants you to come to her at once." Strife said. "Very well, we will pick this back up later. Practice using that axe until I return." Conquest said. "Why are the four horsemen so close to my mother, it seems like she see you all more than she sees me." Cain asked. "We may work under Gabriel and the other archangels, but she truly leads us and helps us understand our own humanity. Without her tutelage, Strife would've had you feeling as though you were bathing in fire for weeks without you realizing it, but instead she only made you feel bad enough to want to apologize. She shows us what Morality looks like, and how recognizing it can be very important for us nephilim. I will return soon. We're getting closer after working for as long as we have. You will gain control soon. At least, I can say that I am hopeful." Conquest said leaving.
