Her name was written in the stars
She was bold and had her scars.
When she was young, her mother had not cared.
Mother wasn't kind nor nurturing,
Neither did she have any sympathy.
Yet only her false sense of beauty and selfish desires caused Mother to obsess over another child, who's hair can heal and restore.
Then on the daughter of the narcissist yearned to become a guard.
But it was not her destiny.
Her position was a lady in waiting for Princess Rapunzel.
She went on a journey with the adventurous, long haired princess.
The days go by,
Rain comes down,
They and their party take shelter in a mysterious place called "The House of Yesterday's Tomorrow."
Their stay was indeed crazy and weird,
Mirrored doppelgängers,
Friends turned into their child selves,
The so called owner trapped the blonde in her own mind!
But once they escaped the house as it turned into sand.
One door was left,
Cassandra stumbles out, glancing at her friend,
The look of hatred in her eyes.
Adventure continues until they reach the Dark Kingdom.
Black rocks showed the way,
Glowing in response to a powerful opal.
This opal was called the moonstone,
Whoever tried to touch it, they sealed their fate.
As for the princess, this is was her destiny.
She made her way to the stone, but
Cassandra had snatched it
Not being able to control the power.
Cassandra's clothes were replaced with black rock wrapping her body in the indestructible armor, her eyes and hair turned into a light blue.
"I tried to warn you, Rapunzel, you have to be careful who you trust."
Cassandra was led into the darkness by a manipulative spirit.
Zhan Tiri was her name,
and she twisted the poor woman's mind.
Rapunzel tried to get through to her,
But she didn't listen.
Months pass,
Varian, a smart, teenage boy, deciphers a scroll that was written by his idol, Demanitus.
Cassandra made her way to the kingdom,
She demanded for the same scroll.
When Cassandra finds out Varian has the incantation scroll.
She kidnaps him,
Cassandra uses a truth serum, that Varian made, on him.
Reluctantly the boy says the moon incantation to which Cassandra repeats, using her newfound power, to control the black rocks.
"Crescent high above," a rock comes out of the earth.
"Crescent high above,"
"Evolving as you go,"
"Raise what lies beneath and let the darkness grow." The rocks reach into the sky forming a tower.
"Bend it to my will,"
"Consume the sunlights glow,"
"Rise into the sky,"
"And let the darkness grow,"
"Let darkness grow."
Varian knows what she's going through,
Cassandra doesn't listen.
She has nothing left to lose...
Or does she?
She's blind to what Zhan Tiri's doing.
Blind by rage and that was the perfect storm.
The former handmaiden vs the princess of Corona.
Rays of light destroyed the top of the tower,
Varian, who was in a cage, fell from the great height only to be caught by a friend.
Cassandra also fell,
She had fallen hard on the rock she'd created.
The opal had lost a shard,
Meaning her power was unstable.
Cassandra was face to face with Zhan Tiri,
Yet she didn't know the spirit's name.
In the Spire had a talisman.
It controlled a group of three called the Brotherhood.
Varian's father, Quirin,
Adira, a warrior woman,
And Hector the feral uncle. (I don't know what he's called so...)
Cassandra had taken it with the help of Zhan Tiri.
Cassandra goes to her old home.
A quaint little cottage,
Filled with the horrific reminder where her mother abandoned her.
She finds Rapunzel in the cottage,
With unbridled rage, Cassandra tries to fight Rapunzel.
Rapunzel doesn't want to fight.
Cassandra sends out a black rock,
The rock tilts the cottage
Sending Cassandra and Rapunzel down a secret mine.
After an unfortunate event with an enormous mole.
They find a room filled with mirrors,
One mirror was gone but who could have taken it?
When the girls were getting along,
Sharing their memories from adventures.
The stolen mirror was in Rapunzel's bag.
One shard of the mirror was lost.
But Rapunzel didn't steal it.
Cassandra thought her mother loved her.
That wasn't true...
Cassandra finds the shard near her tower.
She soon finds out about Zhan Tiri.
The spirit or should I say gremlin.
She's scared that Rapunzel won't forgive her.
Zhan Tiri uses that against Cassandra.
There Cassandra takes over the kingdom leaving everyone hiding.
An Eclipse has come.
Thus it came
Giving Cassandra more power.
At the last moments,
The gremlin takes the moonstone and sundrop.
She turns into a horned monster
Oh how she looked terrifying!
If you could it a she.
The monster says the decay incantation.
"Wither and decay,"
Once she starts,
The land dies,
People are weak.
How could this mess be fixed?
Cassandra has given up, but what she doesn't know is...
There is more in her.
Rapunzel forgives her.
She uses the a piece of the moonstone to strap down the monster.
The princess cuts her hair making Zhan Tiri's wrists come together.
Finally destroying it.
Afterwards Cassandra had passed.
Rapunzel couldn't lose her best friend so she revived her with the healing incantation.
The power of the mixed stones brought Cassandra to life!
Now what lays in store for her?
A destiny and a journey.
