"Rise Alecto." I hear and I looked around, I was in a dark room looking around. I could hear whispers but didn't see a face.

"Who's there?"

"Rise Daughter of Arcadius. Rise!"

"Charmeine?" I hear and I gasped, opening my eyes seeing Landon standing in front of me, making me clear my throat.

"Yeah?"

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because you just caused a wind tornado." Landon says and I looked around to see paper was everywhere making me sigh.

"I'm sorry." I said, and he gives me a small smile.

"Hey, I might actually need your help with something." Landon says, I looked up at him about to protest but he cuts me off, "Might take your mind off everything."

I sighed agreeing with him as we both walked off, nothing was asked about what happened before and I was slightly happy that he hadn't asked anything. We got to the gym I see Hope standing there and I see a guy in a toga with wings, making me raise an eyebrow.

"Um, who is that?"

"The next monster from Malivore, I think." Landon says and I looked at him.

"For the last time, I'm Cupid." The guy says and he turns to see me giving me a smirk, "And who might you be?"

"Not interested." I said, giving him a look before looking at Hope, "Have you found out anything?"

"He won't say anything."

"It's because I don't know anything!" The guy exclaimed sighing at Hope.

"What if he's telling the truth?"

"Because why would we trust any other monster that's come here now?" Landon says giving me a look and I sighed.

"Fine, I'll help you. I need to take my mind off everything." I said, turning to face my body to Cupid, "Where did you come from?"

"I told your friends I don't know. I'm Cupid, you know? The love doctor."

"Yeah well we've had enough of people meddling in my love life for a week." I said, and I spotted scissors in Hope's hand picking it up, "So, enough with talk then?"

Cupid tried to move but I caught him, and I started cutting his wings off which to me was very therapeutic. As I cut off his wings, I hear the blade slicing through the skin and bone before I started to make progress, as I cut both off. Once I was done, I left him on the floor as I walked back over to the two, wiping it clean.

"Sorry, I've been out of practice." I said, giving him a sarcastic smile.

"I don't know what's disturbing the blood or the fact it looked like you enjoyed that." Landon says and I shrugged my shoulders looking at him.

"You wanted me here, so we are going to do it the way I want. Plus, I happen to think it was very therapeutic." I said, pursing my lips looking back to Cupid.

"You monster. You have no idea how long it took me to grow these."

"Well if their anything like mine, it won't take long."

"Next time it'll be something that won't grow back." Hope speaks up, "Unless you tell us why you're here. Do you serve Malivore?"

"I serve the highest power of all: Love." He says and I rolled my eyes.

"Where were you trying to take my boyfriend?"

"That guys your boyfriend?" Cupid replies and Hope gives him a look, he clears his throat, "Uh, I wasn't trying to take him anywhere. He started it."
