Chapter 7- Funny, how girls don't have cooties once you grow up.
Bonjour my lovelies! How are you all? I hope the wait has not been too long. I had school work swamping me but now I'm out of my hectic schedule( kind of) so here is the new update!
Chapter dedicated to @disparatea for the lovely banner she made for me, Photobucket is being a major idiot right now, it took me so much time to upload.
And yeah before I forget, till chapter 9 everything will be slow and calm because I want you guys to be familiar with all my characters, not just the leads (hint- you'll have enough lead character action from chapter 10) ;)
Enjoy!

"Mommy pleaseee!"
"No."
"Pretty, pretty please mommy!"
"Marv, no."
"But mommmyyy!!"
"Jesus." Trish sighed as she turned to her son with a reprimanding 'shut-up-or-you're-toast' glare.
Marvin retaliated, his adorable grey eyes turning wide and glassy with tears as he poked his lower lip out.
The boy knew how to play all of his charms. Little rogue.
My god, those puppy dog eyes though...
"Trish.." I started but Trish raised her hand to silence me clearly warning me to not defend my adorable five year old godson.
"Marvin, mommy and aunt Sophie have work and I cannot take you to Gameball. You can come with daddy tomorrow."
Marvin shook his head in refusal little tears already spilling out from his eyes.
"But I want to go to gameball. Now!"
Trish swallowed, clearly nervous and quickly losing her patience as she shot sorry looks to the walkers-by staring at us in the street.
"Marv-"
"I'll take him." Aerin interrupted smiling, gently patting Marvin's blonde head.
"Are you sure?" Trish asked guiltily, her shoulders slumping.
Aerin smiled again.
"Of course. I'll bring him back once he's done. Okay?"
Trish sighed gratefully.
"Thank you Aerin. You're a lifesaver."
Aerin chuckled and nodded. Trish glared at her now beaming son.
"You. I'm letting you go now, but crocodile tears and tantrums better not become a habit or I'm telling daddy."
Marvin nodded, innocently. Like, he had not given Trish hell a minute ago.
I silently laughed at the scene in front of me. Currently, Trish and I were going to Alex's showroom for our final fitting. When Marvin saw a gaming store he threw a tantrum which was very out of character for him, right in the middle of the road. I had zero time in my schedule these days because of the wedding and Aerin had been sweet enough to come with me around LA while I went through appointments, patiently discussing the book along the way. And it was not like Aerin was not enjoying, she chatted and observed people around us as he silently developed characters out of them. She had clicked with my friends so well now, that Alex had personally invited her to the wedding and she was enjoying being a part of it.
