"alright, we're settling in here," ashton walks in the hotel room, letting out a sigh. after maria being discharged from the hospital, ashton thought it would be best for her to stay at his for a while since her best friend was on holiday with her boyfried... and well, her family weren't "available" as maria puts it - so ashton was her last and only choice.
"thank you for helping me," maria said quietly, sitting down on the sofa that was put beside her bed. she rubbed her head softly, only to cause her groan in pain.
"do you want some painkillers?" ashton said worriedly, rushing through maria's bags to find the pills.
"no, no! it's okay." maria smiled appreciatively. "i just - i dont understand how this whole thing was a dream."
"will you tell me what happened?" ashton said beside maria, smiling teasingly at her.
"it's a long story," maria huffed. "way too long for it to be all a dream."
"i have time,"
and so maria explained. she explained everything. from the day they first met, to their kiss, to when they stopped talking, when ashton came back, when he quit, and lastly but most certainly not least... to when they confessed their deep love for eachother.
"wow," ashton let out a deep breath, astonished. "i-i can't believe you dreamed of all that."
"i know," maria slumped her shoulders. "im telling you, it was way too realistic for it to happen."
"theres only one thing that i know will happen," ashton grinned cheekily.
"and what is that?" maria whispered, as ashton came closer to her. her eyes flicked from his lips to his eyes as he grew closer and closer.
"i'm going to kiss you, okay?" ashton whispered, looking at her for assurance.
"okay," maria nodded.
"asht-" the door opened widely, causing a bang! having ashton and maria jump in surprise. "i-ill just leave you both to it," calum snickered, walking out of the room.
"sorry about that," ashton's cheeks reddened, while maria giggled. "now where were we?"
