Alliance

"Wake up sleepy head," a voice softly prompt, Lauren did not open her eyes. When she felt cold water hit her face, she shot up and shouted, "Where am I?" Luna answered, "You're in another world, I told you this, but you fainted." Lauren asked, rubbing her eyes, "Who dumped water on me?" a frog, the size of a holland lop rabbit, with a purple body, patches of the galaxy, and the constilation of cancer on her left leg replied, "I did lady, you did not wake up when Luna asked, so I did what I had to do." Lauren whisper to herself, "There's a talking frog, I must be dreaming or insane," a male voice came up behind her, "You're not crazy or dreaming, you'll get used to it," Lauren turned to see a man with peach skin, long purple hair, tied at the bottom, black fox ears on top of his head, black eyes, his legs are that of a fox's hind legs, a long, purple tail with a lavender tip. He wore a purple tank top, and black shorts to his mid thigh, he introduced himself, "My name's Kosuke Watanabe, I didn't mean to startle you, you are needed here so I brought you to this village, it is snowy now, but it is not as bad as last year." Sitting on Kosuke's shoulder, is a green lizard, as big as yorkie, with beedy, black eyes, "And I'm Jimmy, say you're a pretty lady, how old are you?" Lauren replied, "I'm seventeen." Jimmy called out behind Kosuke, "Hey!!! Hachiro. We found someone your age, get your butt over here, and introduce yourself!" A young boy dressed in a brown hoodie, pants, and tennis shoes came from behind a nearby tree, his ruby red hair shone in the last sunlight, his dark blue eyes looked directly at Lauren, he has pale skin, he approached Lauren and spoke, "You can call me Hachiro, my full name is that of Hachiro Takahashi, nice to meet you. What is your name?" Lauren introduced herself to everyone, "My name is Lauren Ehberhart, I just recently moved out of my home." 

One night they will stay before traveling to their destination, Lauren had trouble sleeping, since she is sleeping in a hut with a very uncomftrable bed, she wondered how her parents are doing without her, she finally found peace in the night, and closed her eyes.

The sun rose, Lauren woke up and ran outside. She sat down to think, Hachiro sat next to her, "Didn't sleep well?" he asked, looking ahead of himself, Lauren nodded, "I've never been this far from my family before." Hachiro patted her back, "At least you grew up with parents, Kosuke raised me since I was seven," Lauren asked, "What happened to your parents?" Hachiro smiled, "They abandoned me at the market, I was alone and scared, when Kosuke found me and took me under his wing, I thought he was my father, he technically is my father, since he took care of me 'till I could live on my own." Behind them approached Kosuke, he leaned over Hachiro and wrapped his arms around Hachiro's neck into a hug and spoke in a joyful voice, "And you are my little wee son, you were so cute when you were little," Lauren chuckled, "You had big eyes, you sounded like a mouse, you were as tall as my knee when I found you. My little wee lamb." Galaxia explained to Lauren, "Kosuke likes to call Hachiro, 'little wee lamb,' because Hachiro had curly hair when he was seven, like a lamb's wool," Lauren mumbled, "I wish that was my dad," Galaxia placed her hand on Lauren's back, "Don't think about that man, okay? He should be the one who leaves the house. You're as cold as ice, woman." Luna came out of the hut with a cat in her arms, "First off Galaxia, Lauren is an ice wizard, second, her father didn't know about the situation we're in." Lauren questioned, "What situation?" Kosuke replied for Luna, "Well, this world is in quite a pickle. The demon king, Leroy Agner, is causing massive genocides across any village he finds weak," Lauren's eyes widen, "When your mother was pregnant with you, she grew ill, you are starting to become a stillbirth from that illness, and your father made a deal with Leroy's son, Belial, to try and save both you and his wife. The prince had to save you by reincarnating the soul of a wizard into you, and a healer healed your mother. That's why your hair is white, he is grouchy because he is stressed out." Galaxia spoke, "We need you since everyday you grow, your power grows stronger and none of the family knew."

Lauren got up from her spot, "Okay than, When are gonna get started on our journey?" Luna pointed out, "You need training first, " Galaxia suggested, "Why don't we travel to the demon king and train Lauren at the same time?" Kosuke thought for a moment, "That's a good idea, I never thought you could make a suggestion without getting us killed." Lauren blurted out, "I may not be the best wizard," Hachiro shook his head, "It's okay, I wasn't the greatest at first, but time went by and I'm actually decent," Jimmy shouted, "Decent at ice magic, and amazing at other forms of magic," Luna laughed, the cat pawed her jawline. The cat was a black cat with white paws, white spots that resembled stars all over it's body, it was very fluffy. 

Lauren and Galaxia went inside to pack up for the trip, only food and water for this one. Galaxia sat on Lauren's shoulder, "So, what can you do?" Lauren asked, making the bed she slept in. "I can copy any magic, all I have to do is touch them," Galaxia replied. While one hand was touching Lauren's neck, the frog created a small snowball with her free hand. Lauren raised both brows and nodded, "Pretty neat," she complemented, Galaxia threw the snowball at the door, hitting Hachiro's face. Lauren walked over to apologize, Hachiro wiped the snow off his face, "It's fine. She does that a lot, even if it is me," Galaxia spoke, "Lauren is freezing cold, I don't think I can last on her shoulder." Hachiro picked up the frog and stuffed her into his hoodie pocket, she shouted, "Not funny!!" He placed his hand on Lauren's shoulder, "We need to get going." He walked out the door.

Lauren ran after him, "How are we going to travel?" Luna called out, "By air." Lauren confessed, "I have a fear of heights," Jimmy asked, "You're telling us this now?" Kosuke clamped Jimmy's mouth shut with two fingers. Hachiro smiled gently, "You'll be alright, I have a pet that can fly," Lauren made a face that spoke, "Not helping." Hachiro whistled loudly, a white Pegasus with a lavender mane and tail flew down and landed in front of the two. "I was not expecting a guy to have a flying horse," Lauren blurted, Hachiro asked, stroking the horses neck, "You're saying men can't do what women do and women can't do what men do?" Galaxia shouted, "I'm pretty sure you should have a griffin or a dragon." Hachiro hopped onto the Pegasus' back, "Griffins kept pecking me and dragons are difficult to handle," Lauren face palmed, "Are you this picky with animals?" Hachiro grinned, "Yes, I am." 

"How are they going to fly?" Lauren pointed at Kosuke and Luna. "I can fly," Kosuke said, two large, black feather wings spread from his back. Luna yelled, "I can bring up a soul beast," out of the ground appeared a four-legged creature. It was a light blue color, looked like a dragon with large wings. Hachiro patted his Pegasus, "Hop on Lauren," she looked up at him, "Without a saddle?" Galaxia poked her head out of the pocket, "Get your picky butt up here or we'll leave you here." Lauren thought about the wendigo, "I'm not staying here with those ugly beasts," she hopped onto the Pegasus, Jimmy pointed out, "Trust me, wendigos are not as ugly as Wyverns." Galaxia joined in, "They are as hideous as they are aggressive and stupid," Lauren wrapped her arms around Hachiro, "Never heard of Wyverns before," Kosuke acted surprised, "You don't know what Wyverns are? They are idiotic, aggressive, venomous, ugly beasts that have a barbed tail, two wings, and two legs." Hachiro yelled, "Let's get a move on," he kicked the sides of his pet, it ran as fast as it could, Lauren screamed, "Why do you have to that?" Galaxia answered, "So we can have a running start before flying!" the Pegasus spread it's wings and took flight, Kosuke and Luna followed, the cat sat in front of Luna on the beast.
