Warming up in silence

Kosuke stood in the middle of an open space, Lauren stood ten feet away from him. "I'll teach you the basics of ice magic first," Kosuke called out, Lauren nodded in agreement. "Lets warm up for your training, we're going to do some stretches," Kosuke rolled his neck. "First, we'll do the Standing Hamstring Stretch," Kosuke shouts back. Both stood as tall as they could, with their feet at hip-width apart, knees slightly bent and their arms at their sides. Luna walked by and looked over as Lauren and Kosuke bent over to the at their hips and wrapped their arms around their legs. "keep your head, neck, and shoulders relax Lauren!" Kosuke calls out, Lauren thought in her head, "This is legit bringing back memories!" Luna sat cross legged on the grass. Galaxia appeared behind Laurin, "What are you guys doing?" she asked curious, Kosuke replied, "We're stretching!" Lauren remained hanging as she listened to the conversation. "Is it to prevent her from straining any of her muscles? Like the same way you nearly tore the muscles in you left leg?" Kosuke looked up at Galaxia with a dirty look on his face, "Yes, for the record, I was young, and I didn't know that would happen." 

Galaxia looked up at Lauren, "How are you feeling?" Lauren replied, "I am feeling good, why do you ask?" Galaxia patted her shoulder, "I wanted to make sure you don't feel nauseous, it is a very bad sign if you feel sick." Kosuke rolled his body back up, "Thank you for pointing that out Galaxia, the reason you shouldn't do magic while sick is not only will the magic energy drain your physical energy if you used too much, but it will also weaken your muscles to the point where they can't move as well as before." Lauren rolled up with surprise, "Does that mean it is dangerous than helpful?" Kosuke nodded, "That is why wizards learn physical combat skills along with magic, so if they get sick, they can throw punches." Luna stood up from her place, "I'll could teach these combat skills if you want Lauren," Lauren turned her head to face Luna and smiled, "That's sounds like a good idea, I don't want to be one of those cliché damsel in distress." Luna chuckled, Galaxia smiled, and Kosuke placed his hand over his mouth. Lauren faced Kosuke, "Okay, what else is next?" Kosuke to a deep breath and relaxed his shoulders, "We'll do the Piriformis stretch to stretch our hips and backs." 

Galaxia, Lauren, Kosuke, and Luna sat on the ground with their right legs over their left, their right hands on the ground behind their bodies, and their left elbows on the right knees as they twist their torsos. Hachiro arrives with Jimmy on his shoulder. Smiling, Hachiro walked over to Kosuke and whispered in his ear. Kosuke nodded with his eyes closed, Hachiro sat next to Lauren and followed with the stretch, everybody switched sides with their arms, legs, and torsos, and Galaxia looked up at Lauren and gave a look that tells, 'He likes you'. Jimmy raised an eyebrow at Hachiro with a smile. The whole gang sat on the floor, together as a team, nothing surrounding them but silence and peace. The trees stood tall in the distance, full of peaches, deer surrounded the trunks, eating the peaches that had fallen.
