Y/n POV (h/l - hair length) (L/n - last name)
Rebooting complete. Igloo blinked and looked at Starburst, they both looked hopeful. "Y-yeS," he stuttered out. He looked nervous, but hopefully up at me. "Ok! Let's go to my mom!!" I said happily. Starburst teleported onto my shoulder and sat down, while Igloo walked along the ground next to Me. They found Y/n's mom, and I got prepared to show the smols to her mom. "Mom, mommmmm, MOM!!!" I called. "W-what?" mom said, waking up suddenly. These are my new friends Igloo, and Starburst," I said hopefully. Mom's face lit up at this, and she attempted to locate where they were. Igloo tugged at his scarf nervously, mom looked down and saw little igloo there. "Hello little guy! It is nice to meet you! Are you wanting to be my daughters companion?" she asked. "YeS, mE aNd StArBuRsT wAnt to bE witH Y/n," he said cautiously. I could that Starburst didn't want be seen, for he was hiding deeper in my h/l. Igloo also seemed very scared but he was trying his best to be confident. "Why don't you guys go pick out some stuff, okay? I'm going to talk to Y/n quickly," mom said. "We gEt tO PiCk oUt sTufF?! Igloo literally squealed. "Er-yes?" she questioned. Igloo started dragging poor Starburst away.
Mom POV
"Are you sure you want these to bitties?" I said. "Yes!" she said and gave me the closed eye smile. I haven't seen her so exited I a while. She is very responsible, so I trust her with this. "Okay. I am exited to get to know the new members of the family!" I said happily. "Ms.?" the store clerk said. I got up and went over to her. "Yes?" I said. "Starburst and Error have never looked that happy before! When I watched her she was amazing with them!" she said looking excited. "Can I see the footage Ms.-" I started. "Amber, and of course!" she meowed. I watched the footage on timelapse, and I chuckled. "I think they will be good for each other," I said.
Starburst POV
I was being dragged by my ragged cape all around the shop part of the store. I felt maybe a little better? I don't know, it has been a while since I have been even a little happy. I hope I can trust this human. Despite Error- well I guess it Igloo now, despite Igloo's core trait, he is can be quite boisterous, probably because he was raised with a baby blue. At least he isn't as far gone as me I chuckled sadly. "STArBUrST!!! WHaT Do YoU wanT tO geT???! Igloo glitched at me. I pointed to a small hoodie with a gold star in the center. I also pointed at a yellow bed, a yellow toothbrush, and a notebook with the same pattern as the hoodie. "ThAt'S it?" Igloo questioned. I took out my small ragged note book and wrote: "I just need the necessities." "WelL oK tHen," Igloo said. I looked over to the cart, only to see it overflowing with unneeded items. I saw Y/n walk over and she put out her hand for me. "Let's go buy this stuff and fill out paperwork," she said. I cautiously stepped onto her hand, and sat down. Igloo followed us to the front desk, "Wow, that's a lot of stuff for two small skeletons!" Y/n's mom said. "Yea lol. Do you want to get a new name Starburst or do you want to keep your old one?" Y/n asked smiling. I wrote a solid "No" on a scrap of paper in my notebook. "Okay, Starburst," Y/n said. Y/n, mom, Igloo, and me all filled out our paperwork. "Here you go," Amber said handing Mom a cardboard carrier looking thing that you would put a hamster in for travel. "What is this for??" Y/n asked looking confused. Those carriers are so cold, but we have to go in them. "I'm so sorry you have to go in this guys," Y/n said apologetically. "ItS fiNe," Igloo said. I stepped in and Igloo hugged me for warmth. Y/n noticed this, and asked Mom for her sweatshirt. Mom was willing to be cold for us to be warm, so she took it off. Y/n gave it us and we made a nest and curled up together. "Bye L/n's if you have any questions don't hesitate to call me!" Amber called as we got carried out of the shop. We got in our car, and I could feel it start to move.
Let's do this, I thought slowly falling asleep........
