A terrible nightmare woke me up. It was still dark outside, i felt like throwing up. What was that?! I saw a white-haired creature hurting Kosuke. He was drowning in his own blood, begging for life.
Where is Kosuke now? I hope he's fine. We haven't met for three days already. He should've got back to the leaf. I got dressed and left.
I met Naoki at the gates. It was raining and the streets were empty.
"Oh, hey Akari!" He waved at me.
"Hi, Naoki." I stretched. It was around 6 am and not the perfect weather to go running in the woods.
"You look tired." He said.
"Yea, I had too much last night. Staying in the village wasn't a good idea after all!"
"I can carry you if you want to."
"What?! Don't even think about it, you weirdo!" He chuckled. "I can handle myself." I looked at him one more time, trying to catch a glimpse of his eyes. Every cell in my body wanted to tear that mask off of his face. I liked and hated him at the same time and there was something so familiar about him. Could that be?!
"Okay then, let's go."

After two hours of running i started to think about that dream i had earlier. It was a terrible downpour, the sky getting more and more darker. What was that thing hurting Kosuke?
Suddenly i slipped and fell from the free. Naoki caught me just before hitting the ground.
"Akari, are you okay?!" I couldn't hear him clearly because of the rain and the mask covering his face.
"I think i sprained my ankle!" He picked me up and carried me to the little cave nearby. "I think I told you not to do that!"
"Oh, can you walk now?!"

I took my boot off and checked my ankle. It was getting purplish.
"Damn it, not good." Hopefully i could use a little medical ninjutsu. Naoki was watching me carefully as green chakra apeared around my hands.
"Wow, you're amazing, Akari! How many jutsus do you possess?! "
"Many of them." He sat next to me.
"I can only use wind style, you know!"
"And they let you join the Anbu?!" I laughed.
"Hey don't talk to me like that!"
"Alright sorry." I got back to healing my ankle.
This guy was shady. I needed the truth.
"So what happened out there?"
"I was thinking about somebody and i seem to had lost focus and slipped."
"Someone special?"
"Yea, very. I hope he's fine." I mumbled as I remembered Kosukes dumb smile.
"Is he your... um.. boyfriend?" He asked mumbling. I smiled.
"Ew, no ! He's like a brother."
"Cool."
Was this guy jealous or something?!
"Naoki, it's gonna take a while so can you go and look for the clear water to drink? I'm getting really thirsty."
"Oh, sure!" He left.
Okay, I had to do this quickly!

Right after I healed my ankle I used transformation justu and went after him. He was getting some watter from the river so I sneaked up on him and attacked.
"What the ! " he blocked my first kick and prolonged the distance between us. "What the hell do you want?!" I didn't answer. I went with full power on him, using all water style, lightning style and fire style on him. Just enough to tease but not hurt him, but he just kept avoiding my attacks never striking back. We got on the river. I was mad.
"Is that all you got?!" I yelled as the lightning struck a tree not too far from us. He looked angry.
"Shadow clone jutsu!" Ah, finally I teased him. His 4 clones came running at me so I deactivated chakra on my feet, fell into the water and strike with the water dragon from below. He jumped. I followed and kicked his mask so it could crack a little.
"Oh, thats it!" He said, making a shadow clone form rassengan in his palm. If that thing touched me I was done for. I backed down as soon as possible. My dragon fell into the water. I was exhausted. I had used way too much chakra. He stopped, confused, waiting for my action. "So what now, huh?!" He yelled. I was breathing heavily.
"Only 4 people can use that jutsu." i said, releasing my transformation. He gasped when he saw my face. I started walking towards him. "Two of them are dead, the third one is just too young, which makes it..." i took his mask off and threw it in the river. "You, Lord Seventh!" I was right.
"I could have killed you, you know?!" He was mad at me.
"I had to know. Lying to me won't do you good." We stood there, on the water, staring at each other like wild animals. Raindrops running down from his blonde hair to his lips. I could even hear his heartbeat through the loud splashing of the raindrops.
"Okay, im sorry. But did you really have to risk like that?! "
"I had to make sure you were trustworthy!" He was looking angrily into my eyes. I felt myself getting weaker. "We should probably get to the cave, it's pouring here." I turned and left.

I don't know what I felt when I found out that is was Naruto accompanying me on this mission. Was i happy because i liked being around him or was i mad because he lied to me? He was right about one thing: i felt more comfortable with the mask.
