After the call ended, Taehyung sighed and looked at the worried orbs of his friend.

"So?" Jimin asked.

"He said he will be there to help us out of China once we reach the Jilin Province." Taehyung explained.

"How can we trust him? Maybe he is just saying things or perhaps he will even tell the government about us!" Jimin asked with a raised brow.

Taehyung froze.

He didn't think of that possibility. What if what Jimin said was true, maybe Jungkook is just looking for money through telling the government about them.

He quickly shook his head. That possibility isn't real. He saw him in his dreams and they have a bigger connection than just money.

He always helped him, that Jungkook guy, he even loved him didn't he? He doesn't necessarily know what love means but he thinks he loves him.

Is this why? Was he just blinded by his feelings without thinking that maybe Jungkook wouldn't help him?

He shook his head again, that can't be true, he wouldn't have written him the letter carefully if he was going to turn his back on him eventually.

Yes, he needs to trust him.

Otherwise, everything will be very complicated, and their plan would even fail.

"Taehyuuung!" Jimin screamed.

Taehyung looked at him, "What?" he let out.

"I've been calling your name for a while now but you were so distracted! What's wrong?" Jimin said.

"Oh nothing, I was just thinking.." Taehyung whispered, "We should trust him. He had written a letter for me which was full of clues, he didn't want anyone to understand it, this only means he will help us and we should believe in him!" He said confidently.

Jimin nodded slowly, unsure but looked at him and said, "alright, I hope what you are saying is true but we should take all the possibilities, our lives are the price if we make even the smallest mistakes."

Taehyung nodded slowly, "That's right." He answered looking at his lap. "I should get going now, thanks for letting me use the telephone!"

"No worries! Stay safe." Jimin said smiling.

"You too!"

"Hey, babybear!" Jungkook exclaimed.

Taehyung looked at him, but he couldn't utter a word. He felt as if he were mute at that moment, all he could do is stare at him, unable to speak.

He should be happy. They are finally meeting again in their dreamland, but he was scared, too scared.

"Babybear? What's wrong?" Jungkook asked, sitting next to him.

You. What's wrong with me is you, Taehyung thought.

Then suddenly, he started crying. He couldn't stop the tears, just kept crying burying his face in his hands.

Jungkook stared at him, he didn't understand what was happening but he went to comfort him, he hugged him tightly whispering sweet nothings in his ear.

"It's okay to cry. I'm here." He whispered.

Jungkook suddenly woke up, his breathing so rushed and he looked at the time, 3:26AM.

He felt like crying but didn't, he felt like his heart was stabbed by a hundred swords but his tears wouldn't come out.

Today was the day Taehyung would escape, that's why he was crying right? He was afraid because of that. He should be strong, especially today from all days.

He closed his eyes again, trying to sleep even though he knew well that he wouldn't be able to fall asleep again after seeing his babybear.
