Katherine's POV:

It's been almost a week since I decided to follow around that group of theirs. Honestly, have they ever been apart?! No, from what I've observed, they only left one another if they had separate classes or when going to their dorms. Even then, they prolonged their curfew for each other. They seemed to break off into groups of two, that girl Kristen with my Brendan, and that Katrinna girl with the oh-so-hot Nathan. I smiled at the thought of him and shrugged, saying to myself.

"Brendan is hot, it's no surprise that his brother is too." I reluctantly continued my stakeouts, with the hopes of any idea as to win over the two boys. I watched the group, though this time that Katrinna girl was missing; like the tight knit group they were, they were most likely waking for her. As I watched, I made mental notes. The way that Kristen girl could easily talk with my Brendan, and Nathan being so hot just standing there and jumping in every once and a while. I sighed with a smile before it disappeared.

"I can't believe that those two aren't fawning over me like all the other saps here!" she muttered, huffing in frustration, " Brendan I suppose I understand but he and his brother should still be fighting for my love!"

"What do you think you're doing?" I heard a feminine voice ask.

I froze as I turned, irritated that my stakeout was being interrupted. I looked at the girl only to recognize her as that girl Katrinna. My eyes widened before giving her a nervous smile, "O-oh, nothing! Just thought I saw someone over there. I guess I saw wrong!" I ended with an awkward laugh. 'Idiot! Now she'll know you're  being suspicious!' she berated herself. She watched as Katrinna raised an eyebrow before nodding once.

"O-kay, well see you then." she bid me a casual farewell.

I watched as she made her way to the group and speak with all of them briefly. She seemed apologetic, Nathan spoke a few words to her as she shrugged and nodded. The group broke apart into their usual pairs. Kristen and Brendan bid Katrinna and Nathan goodbye as they parted ways. Brendan and Kristen chatting away happily as they continued down the hall, while Katrinna and Nathan approached my general direction. My guess was that Nathan offered to walk her wherever she needed to go; oh how I disliked this girl... I used a book from my bag to cover my face as they walked by, catching a snippet of their conversation.

" -having dinner with them later at Elements Cuisine."

"Sure, not like we usually have something to do at 6pm..."

I peeked from my book as I stared at the retreating pair, "Dinner?" I muttered to myself, "They all have dinner together?!" I said with shock. Huffing, I casted a spell to disguise myself in order to follow them. Keeping a safe distance, they finally came to a stop which I'm guessing was that Katrinna girls' dorm. Using an amplification spell, I focused the spell around them so I would hear their conversation.

"Well thanks again for walking me." Katrinna smiled.

"Not a problem." Nathan chuckled.

"Because you know, I definitely wouldn't have made it here safely without you like I have ever since I got here."

I watched as that Katrinna girl crossed her arms across her chest and rolled her eyes with a smile plastered to her face. I hear Nathan chuckle.

"Of course, see? Even you admit how dangerous it is. That's why I had to walk you, like the charming prince I am." Nathan joked playfully.
