The hours flew by as I spent time with my best friend. It was crazy to think how much fun we could have with just two people. Amidst all the fun and laughter, both our stomachs seem to growl simultaneously. We stopped, hearing a rumble from each of our stomachs and looked at each other. We cracked up as we realized we hadn't eaten yet.

"How about we eat dinner and head back to the school? Besides, the curfew for going off campus is 8pm remember?" I suggested.

"Aahh, sounds good to me~ ohh!! And I totally forgot!! It's.... 6:15 right now which gives us around an hour to eat and enough time to head back..." she calculated.

I nodded with a simple smile and wondered about the different varieties of restaurants we could eat at.

"Any suggestions...." we both said at the same time followed by laughter.

"Hmm what about that new restaurant.... Uhhm, Elements Cuisine? I think..." Kristen tried recalling.

“.... Sounds... Slightly expensive. . .” I thought.

"Haha that’s what I thought too, turns out it's reasonably priced and the food is awesome!! Come on~ let's try it!!" she squealed with excitement.

I just chuckled, obviously giving in to my friends' cute nature. It's hard to refuse her when she's this happy, so might as well go along with it.

"Lead the way then." I said.

"Yay!" she exclaimed as she took my wrist and led me towards a certain direction.

We walked for a couple of minutes before stopping in front of a well polished restaurant. It had cerulean pillars on each side with huge mist stained doors and windows. Around the pillars and the lower parts of the doors were decorated with intricate designs in black. I stared in awe at the restaurant. It was a truly breathtaking sight, living up to its name easily. I looked up to see the sign "Element Cuisines" Big and clear.

"Come on Trinna!! We don't have all day!!" Kristen said as she tugged on my coat, pulling me inside.

I forced myself to keep walking as my eyes scanned the perimeter of the restaurant. A waiter seated us near a curtained entrance that led to another room. As I sat I took in all the details, designs and colors in. The interior was just as intricate as the exterior. A smile graced my face as I was overwhelmed by the compliments of colors and items. I finally finished and turned to the sound of stifled laugher.

"Huh? What happened?" I asked as I snapped back to reality.

"You looked like a kid in a candy store!!" she said through giggles.

"Haha well, what can I say,  it is nice here..." I picked up the menu that was in front of me, "When did this get here??"

"It was always there! You just didn't look down..." she smiled.

I grinned sheepishly as I thought of how occupied I was.

"Well, the prices ARE reasonable!! Let's order then!" I chimed.

Kristen nodded as we both engulfed ourselves in the menu. A couple minutes later, we finally decided. At perfect timing, our waiter arrived for our order.
