Narrator's POV
It's been two years since the incident. Athena gave brith to twins, a beautiful baby girl and boy. She has matured and grown to be a young woman. Now 18, she lives with her boyfriend Harvey and her babies. Harvey treats them like his own kids, which they are like. They still live in Florida and Athena has graduated high school, struggling a bit but she got there. As for Colton he's moved on as well. He has a girlfriend named Christy and he's happy. That doesn't mean Athena hasn't crossed his mind. She has, everyday. He regrets his mistake and wonders what things would be if they had stayed together. He wonders what his children look like or if she even gave birth to them.
"Hey, baby."Harvey greets Athena by kissing her cheek. They live in a huge house a little bit away from the pack house. The house is big enough for the kids to run around in.
Athena blushes and pecks his lips.
"Eww!"Logan and Olivia screech as they see the couple kiss. The couple pull away surprised and they smile.
"Why were you sucking my mommy's face?"Logan asked, looking up to Harvey. He smiles and bends down, picking Logan up.
"I was sucking your mommy's face. I was kissing her. Kissing is a way of showing someone that you love them."Harvey explains. Logan nods as Olivia's eyes widen. She runs up to her mother and reaches her arms out for her to be licked up. Athena picks Olivia up with a smile. Olivia gives her mother a kiss on the cheek and wraps her tiny arms around Athena's neck.
"I love you, mommy."She mumbles. Athena's smile widens and she kisses her daughter's cheek.
"I love you too."
Logan huffs and reaches out to his mother too. Athena chuckles and grabs him. Logan places his lips on Athena's other cheek and follows Olivia.
"I love you more."Logan gives his twin sister a smug look. Olivia shakes her head and glares at Logan.
"No! I love her more."She argues. Logan sticks his tongue out at Olivia.
"No, I do!"
"No,I do!"
"Enough, my babies. It's time to go to bed."Athena orders. The twins put but nod. She carries them to the bathroom with the help of Harvey and baths them. Harvey changes Logan and Athena changes Olivia in the their pjs. The couple carries the kids to their bedroom and tucks them into bed.
"Goodnight kiss?"The twins ask in unison. Athena smiles and gives them both a kiss on the forehead. Harvey stands by the doorway watching them with a smile on his face.
"You too, Harvey."They say. His smile widens and he walks over to them before placing a kiss on their foreheads. Athena and Harvey walk to the the door but is stopped.
"Goodnight, mommy. Goodnight, Harvey."
"Goodnight, Logan. Goodnight, Olivia." They say walking out the door, holding hands. The two took a shower together and after they went to bed. As for Colton, he was with his girlfriend Christy in the pack house.
"I love you."Christy whispered as they pulled away from their kiss. Colton sighed and ran a hand through his messy brown hair. Christy frowned at her boyfriend.
"Why don't you ever say it back?"She asks, hurt. He placed his hands on her tiny waist. Christy was a bubbly blonde with forest green eyes.
"I'm sorry. I just can't say it."He mumbled. She pulls away from him, slightly angry.
"But why?"She asked again. Colton growled in frustration and she shrink back in fear.
"I'll tell you another time. Stop trying to pry it out of me!"He snarled. She felt tears come to her eyes as she reached out to him. He pulled away farther.
"I-I'm sorry. I j-just want to know why?"
"Leave!"
He ordered, his eyes glowing red. She obeyed and left with tears in her eyes. Colton punched the wall and stayed there. He closed his eyes and
pictured light blue eyes. He relaxed and continued to picture her face. Her beautiful face. Her smile and how it lit up any room she was in. Her pink plump lips and how they felt against his. He wonders about her and if she is thinking about him too.
Athena.
He couldn't get her out of his mind. She was intoxicating. She ran through his mind everyday and memories from that day flashed in his head. He punched the wall once more before bursting into tears. He missed her. So much.
Their lives were so different now. They both thought they would never see each other again. Little did they know they were closer than they thought.
