I hear echoed voices making me open my eyes.
I immediately recognize the room I'm in. Its the clinic room Alex set up for when I give birth and perform the c- section.

I look around seeing dad in a gown and he smiles at me when he see me.
"Hey Will. Look,your water broke a while ago and we're gonna have to perform the c-section. Somebody call Alex in here NOW!" One of the nurses runs out only to reappear with Alex who rushes over to my side.

"Hey" he whispers as he kisses my lips softly.

"Alright Alex,you need to make sure Will doesn't look at what we're about to do. He can't panic or something will go wrong" dad says seriously as Alex nods not once leaving my eyes.

"Sir,we already injected the numbing serum into his bloodstream. He won't feel the pain" I hear a nurse say but my eyes don't leave Alex's hypnotizing dark blue ones.

I try to look down at what they're doing but Alex holds my chin to face him again.
"Its gonna be ok baby. I promise. Take deep breaths and just keep your eyes on me love" I nod subconsciously as he smiles at me.

I feel weird in my stomach and the cries of my baby soon fills the room.
Boy,is he loud.

"Oh god!" We both look away from each others eyes and we look at dad.

"Hurry up Annie. I see another head!" My eyes widen.

Another head?like-like another baby?

They rush around as my first baby cries out louder before he quietened down.

"Alex. Come here for a second so you can cut the umbilical cord" dad says as Alex nods kissing my forehead one more time and leaves. I stare at the ceiling.

"Hey,sweet boys. Meet your papa" my heart pangs as Alex brings over my 2 baby wrapped in a blue blanket.
The babies are quiet now-not screaming into my eardrums anymore so that's good.

Alex hands me both of them and I gasp at them.
Holy fucking shit!!

While my first born is healthy,my other baby is such a tiny thing.
They both have their father's black raven hair but its curly like my hair texture.
My first baby's eyes are deep blue just like Alex's.

My second baby's eyes are different colored though.
He mustve inherited my hederochromic condition of having one iris,a bright gray color and the other the same deep oceanic blue as his dad and his older brother while mine was a bright gray and the other forest green.

My first baby doesn't get anything from me though. Its like- Alex screwed himself and got that!
Unbelievable.

But my little one has everything from his nose to his lips which are like mine.

I hear someone sniffling.
I look up seeing Alex wiping his tears away.

"Hey. Don't cry. Come on,help me hold one of them" he sits by my side and I hand him my eldest baby who looks at his father with furrowed eyebrows while munching on his small fists.

"What should we name them?" Alex whispers to me.

"Roman. Roman and Rylee" I say as Alex kisses my head.

"I love it" he whispers to me as we cuddle that whole afternoon with the new addition to our small little family.
