Outsmarted | steve rogers x reader

      The big room was dark, the atmosphere filled with tension. Everyone is waiting for any move. All the avengers are strapped in a black suit with something like bulletproof vests. All of you had guns and there were many other options scattered around in the maze-like room. and you had your eye on the win this time.

      And now you are probably asking what is going on?This is so confusing. So let me explain to you you're playing laser tag. but not just any game for laser tag!!! No No No it's an avengers addition laser tag.  meaning all of the avengers are just playing laser tag. that's it. And it's a thing. like really you guys do like once a month so the teams are very much the same every time you Wanda and Vision. You call your selves da best. Another team is  Steve with Bucky and Sam they call themselves the armybros and then there are the sciencebros basically Tony Bruce and Peter. And the last team is shields top agents. Nat, Clint And Maria.

      Last month Steve was the last standing. And you were so mad that you were one of the first out of the game last time that you read everything you could find on lasers. You might as well get a PhD about it or something. You are very competitive and it's one of the best and the worst qualities about you.

      All teams are still standing but some teams were missing a member. Peter was down so is vision and Clint. it was up to you to make sure that your team will win because you are ready with your sniper like laser gun to make sure that you will take down any one you can see moving except Wanda.

     Now that round two is starting, you get up on high ground with your sniper like laser gun and you were watching anyone who's looking for Wanda and making sure you take them down as she moves forward. You sniped down Maria and then you went to hide behind a giant cube.

     
      You were sick of being up there alone with basically almost no action at all, so you decided to get down in the action zone and help Wanda. on your way down you spotted Sam but he was busy helping Bucky take down Tony and Bruce, so you shot him on the back and you hid behind another big cube. Now that Sam is down all you need to do is take down Bucky and Steve will be the sole survivor of his team.

      " fuck this shit man! This is just pure stupidity!" Sam grumbled once he realized that he is out now. He threw his two guns and got out of the room.

      You didn't waste any time staying behind that cube after that. So you looked around and you saw Bruce following Sam out as well. Probably Bucky took him down. Both Tony and Bucky are hiding behind blocks now, so you took the opportunity and grabbed Sam's  guns and strapped them onto your thighs. you took your sniper rifle and looked for the perfect spot to take Tony down from and to not be spotted too.

      You didn't find that spot so you decided to look for Wanda and finally help her. You looked around you again but you didn't spot her near by. But you spotted Natasha, jackpot! If you couldn't take down all of team science bros  maybe you could take down nat's team. And get ready for some real action in the final round.

Nat could see you, And she was prepared for you too. She had two guns, one in each hand and she was waiting for you to open fire. You tried to look for a way to sneak around and surprise her from another angle. But the only way was gonna grab bucky's attention and you can't afford to go against Nat AND Bucky at the same time.

You were too distracted thinking of a battle strategy to take Nat down that you almost got shot by her. You quickly ran out of her sight and found some Woden boxes stacked on top of each other, you quickly hid behind them.

" you can't run and hide forever (Y/N)! You know you're not the best with games! And it's me you're against." Nat was luring you to giving away your location, she knew you are very competitive.
