"Well that couldn't have been less awkward." I stated as we walked inside of my house.
"It was your fault for not thinking." Alex chuckled.
"I was actually about to go on a walk to clear my mind." I replied sitting on my coach.
"Why?" Alex asked from what I'm assuming was the kitchen. Always eating my dang food.
"Mom called and started lecturing my on how unsafe it was to live by myself. Again." I groaned. I heard shuffling then felt the spot next to me dip in a little bit.
"Ugh, parents." she moaned. "Hey, did you fart?"
"What? No, why?" I asked.
"It stinks."
"Did-ew, Tommy. God, you could've at least said excuse me." I shrieked.
*Demi*
"That was rude, Demi." Marissa stated, while pushing past me.
"You waking me up for no reason is rude." I mumbled laying on the coach.
"Whatever, I'm going to the store. You coming?" she stated grabbing her keys.
"Might as well. I'm not going back to sleep." I answered, shrugging. I went up to my room and got dressed in a pair of leggings and a plain white T. I threw on a pair of converse and walked out of my room. When I walked downstairs Marissa was already on dressed waiting for me by the door.
"Lets go."
We got in the car and drove to the store. We got out of the car and headed in the store. The first item, cereal. I'd went to long without. When we got to the isle I immediately turned around. Alex and her friend Sam. Coincidence? I think not.
"Oh my god, what are you guys doing here?" I groaned.
"Minding our business. Something you should try." Sam replied grabbing Alex's hand. "Lets go. I'm tired."
Alex looked at me, shook her hand then walked away. Marissa tried to walk away to, but I quickly grabbed her hand and started walking besides her.
"You can't leave me. You're my ride." I pouted.
"Look," she stopped. "I know you're stressed, but you have to chill out. You've been acting lke a serious butt."
"That's offensive." I mumbled.
"It was supposed to be."
"Ugh."
Once we were done shopping we went home and started getting ready for the first thing we had planned. Shopping. We got ready and headed towards pearland shopping center. I'd been here once before and loved it. I couldn't wait to go again. Luckily, it wasn't that busy, so no one noticed me. Well except for the one person I didn't want to notice me.
"What the actual hell?! Are you stalking me or something?" I yelled in frustration.
"Sorry, you aren't my type." she stated turning around and walking away with Alex in tow.
"What does she mean I'm not her type?" I asked. Sadly, Marissa ignored me and finished looking through the clothes rack.

"On a scale of 1 to 10 I'm at 100." I mumbled laying face down on my bed.
"I-did you quote Ariana Grande?" she asked with a small chuckle laced in her voice.
"Hell yeah!" I yelled.
"Anyway," she trailed off. "That was hella weird."
"Never in my life would I have imagined she was that rude." I mumbled rolling on my back.
"I'm sure she's just stressed." Alex defended.
"Excuses, excuses." I chanted.
