Maya woke up to a real early start even if she did know that it wasn't like she had any plans.
Her blue eyes flutter open and she exhales as another day starts off for her.
She sits up as she puts her pillow on her lap resting her arm on it.
She tries to get a head start to her day but every time she wanted to get up something stopped her.
She doesn't know what neither did she want to know.
She looked dout of the window immediately seeing the same guy she pretty much always does.

She was awake and sitting in the window.
The girl looked absolutely beautiful, Josh thought to himself but he did know that she wouldn't be getting anywhere.
He gave her a light smile which she returned before she stood up from where she was sitting.
He sighed knowing that the girl grew up pretty much poor but didn't know how she was going on with it.
He saw as she entered the room again dressed in other clothes which was clearly neglected.
She did have it poor but he never actually did know how she was going to get it all done with.
She looked as happy as any person could.

She wore a pair of shorts with a long sleeved shirt and just a pair of sandals.
Whoever she did live with couldn't afford to keep the lights on or to even put up curtains or to give furniture to the bedroom so how could they afford something like clothes?

Josh sighed pulling his jacket over his head as he headed out of the bedroom.
Knowing he had a job to get to he knew that it should be the time that he should be leaving the house.
As he went down the stairs he saw his roommates talking like nothing was going on.
Of course they were not worried about a whole lot but he did know that the world was much more cruel than he knew.

"What is the matter with you, Dude? You look like death. Not enough sleep or something?"

The guy who did ask that was a old friend of Josh who he has known pretty much his whole life.
Ever since kindergarten actually and when you are twenty-five how does that actually have a saying.

"The girl next door. I feel sorry for her. She lives like a.."
"Normal girl?" the other guy asked and Josh shook his head.
"She sleeps in a bay window with a blanket and pillow and I promise you if she has more than two outfits it's lucky. And those are the outfits she goes to sleep in and the day one. No girl should live like that," Josh said.
"Most people do. She can be lucky she has a roof to sleep under," he said.
"That room doesn't even have a piece of furniture. How on earth she manages to stay alive only she will know," Josh said as he headed out.

Maya went to sit doen in a bench at Central Park as she was looking around for someone who she knew was going to be there.
She smiled as a man in his late forties came to sit down next to her.

"Hi, Rob," Maya said.
"Let's begin," he said.

Josh came upon the scene of the two people who looked equally as bad while he didn't know what to actually do about them.
He looked confused at both of them as the man took out a guitar and the girl started to sing a beautiful melody.
People threw money in the guitar case as he just looked confused at the entire scene.
Begging?
That's how she even does ask for help?
He sighed as he knew she was going to become a much bigger problem than he could ever imagine.
He stood up going out of the park luckily not catching the girl's eye.
