Shoulda bought the pie
I went to the shop to buy a pie,
And I saw a talking cake,
I swear I was awake
I know it wasn't fake.
When I got home I tried to eat it,
But then it screamed
"I taste better with ice cream"
I paused for a moment,
I thought it might be right,
So I went to the freezer,
Before I had taken a single bite
When I returned,
The cake was gone.
I cried and cried,
But it didn't come back,
Where did it go
I asked for help,
But the plate said "No"
Then I turned around,
The cake was back, it was sat right there.
It said "I'm very rare"
"Please don't eat me"
Then I realized
The cake was right
So I didn't eat it and sold it on eBay.
The cake cried the whole day
It didn't want to leave
It took me it wanted me to die and made me cry,
Why oh why didn't I buy just buy a pie?
