Tiana

"What was that about?" My mother asked. I shook my head then leaned against the car door. I didn't want to talk anyone. This had to be the first time in my life since I started modeling that I felt terrible for the way I acted towards someone. Michael didn't deserve the things I said to him despite him having a pity dinner for me.

"You two argued like y'all had history or something." My dad joked as he turned into the parking lot of my apartment complex. "You sure it was nothing?"

"Don't worry about it!" I yelled then quickly got out of the car as he parked. I slammed the door shut then stomped up to my apartment. I walked inside, my parents slowly following behind.

"Tiana please talk to us." My mom spoke. "You can't be bitter towards everyone because of whatever is going on in your life."

"I don't wanna talk. I just want you two out of my place tomorrow morning." I said angrily.

"Tiana!" My dad said.

"There was no reason of you two showing up at my place unannounced! I didn't want to see you and I wasn't ready to see you. Go back to only caring about Tamara." I said then ran into my room, slamming the door in the process. I slide down on the floor and leaned my back against the door.

"Tiana, come out and talk to us like an adult! You aren't a little kid anymore!" I heard my father.

"Stop! Tiana sweetie, if you want space then we'll give you space. Call us when you're ready to talk." My mother spoke then it went silent. I knew they had left by then.

"I wish I was never born into this crappy family!" I yelled then quickly picked myself up off the floor and turned around to kick the door. I huffed then walked away, throwing myself on the bed and picking up the phone that sat on my nightstand.

"Gabby speaking." She answered.

"It's me, Tiana."

"Oh! How did the dinner go?" She asked.

"Not good. Not good at all. I need you to schedule a meeting with my publicist for tomorrow morning." I told her.

"Tomorrow is so sudden Tiana. I don't think she'd come in without a notice ahead of time."

" I don't care! Either do it or I'll call her my damn self!" I said then slammed the phone down. I rolled over on my back in bed then pressed my hands on my face. I got something in store for that Michael Jackson. He'd regret ever meeting me when I'm finished.

"Where are your parents?" Gabby asked as I sprayed some perfume on myself.

"Gone. Hopefully to never return." I told her then grabbed my purse and lead her out of my apartment. "It was torture being with them for that long."

"When are you ever gonna get over this?" Gabby asked, sliding into the drivers side of my small car. I had to get rid of my other cars sadly.

"When they finally realize what they've done."

"Come on Tiana. That isn't half as traumatic as you make it out to be." She said.
