So as you know school's have been shut down so i now have more time writing. The thing is im in year 11 so school just ended for me...no leavers assembly, no prom and no satisfaction of putting my pen down on my last GCSE. I mean i like not having no school but i just feel like i haven't completed that part of my life, i dont get to say i finished my exams and year 11...it just stopped. (wow thats deep 😅)

(The story does take a while to get to where shield gets involved)

Summary: Something happens to peter while hes on patrol and it worries everyone as they have never seen spiderman like this. (just wanna say, peter does swear) Erm...Tony knows Peter from civil war and Bucky knows Peter from hydra.Peter was only there for 6 months. And yes he did kill about 70 people in that time. He is known as the best agent they had because of the amount of people he killed. Peter does sound different in this than his normal bubbly self, so you have been warned. 😅😅

Someones POV:
A quick cut to the throat. It is done. There are no more. She falls down and my work here is done. Hopefully i get paid well for this. Every time i make a kill that stupid spider comes and ruins the party before it can get started. They are dead yes but i had other plans, i needed to show them off. But i couldn't because of a certain annoying spider.

Spiderman dropped down from his perch on a nearby building rooftop and ran towards the woman then knelt down by the victim and held her neck.
"What the fuck happened here?! WHAT DID YOU DO?!" "Im just doing my job Spiderman, you understand... don't you?" I see him freeze and visibly tense. "what do you mean?" He says. I tilt my head "Oh you dont think i know about your time in hydra, we miss you." "ooh thats a first isn't it Huntsman, you're speechless."

No ones POV
The figure laughs and disappears leaving Spiderman and the woman in the alleyway. The police run down the alley seeing spidermans hands around a woman's throat, when they see blood they raise their guns.

"SPIDERMAN PUT YOUR HANDS UP AND STEP AWAY FROM THE WOMAN!" Spiderman turns his head ,hands still on her throat. "I cant do that officer." The spider is trying to stop the bleeding. One of the officers shoots a warning shot before shouting "TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THAT WOMANS THROAT OR WE WILL HAVE TO RESORT TO VIOLENCE!" Spiderman sighs before letting go of her. Blood drips down his gloves and his hands are stained beneath the suit as well. "I tried to help her offi-"
"NO YOU WERE MEANT TO HELP PEOPLE!" Spiderman starts walking towards the policemen (theres about 4 of them).

"I dont want to hurt you to make you leave." Spiderman says calmly. This shocks the police as the masked hero is meant to help not threaten. "Put your hands up Spiderman...NOW!" "Fine i didn't want to do this but you've left me no choice." All the officers freeze, scared of what he's going to do.

Peters POV:
I didn't want to hurt them but they were going to shoot me event though i didn't kill the woman. All i need to do is disarm them and leave. Yea, simple. I think of my options and go with simply webbing the guns out of their hands and swinging away. They will get their guns back however, it will be in webbing. meh their problem for threatening me. I do not want to be shot today.

I jump towards the first officer and takle them to the floor while webbing the guns out of the other two officers. I complete my task quickly without hurting them. I think the first policeman might have a bad headache but its better than being shot. I begin to head out of the alley when my spidey sense goes off. I ignore it because i know that i took down the police. I get to the alley entrance before a bullet goes through my thigh. "Son of a bitch!" I spun my head around and saw one last officer standing.

Shit i forgot one.

No ones POV:
Spiderman jumps over the officer and kicks them hard enough so they fly out of the alley and land on the path outside. "THAT FUCKING HURT!" Spiderman goes to the policeman and snatches the gun, ignoring the public watching and some filming. "WHY WOULD YOU SHOOT ME?!" He yells while waving the gun in the scared officers face. "y-you killed her thats why. You were a threat to us and we had to take action." "I DIDNT FUCKING KILL HER!! LISTEN TO ME BEFORE I BLOW YOUR FUCKING BRAINS OUT!"
(Yes i know this isn't like peter but he was at hydra and they did shit to him.)
This outburst caused many people to leave the scene worried for their wellbeing while others stayed and filmed. "I DIDNT KILL HER SOMEONE ELSE DID AND YOU SAW MY HANDS AROUND HER THROAT AND THOUGHT IT WAS ME!" Spiderman takes a breath. "Why would i kill an innocent person...at least not anymore." Spiderman said the last part quietly but the policeman heard and looked confused. "J-Just let me go. Im sorry for shooting you."
