Peter crawled through his window from a long night of patrolling. (Hes on the ceiling by the way). As he shut his door he heard a knock, without waiting for a responce may walked in and dropped peters plate of food. The shatter of the plate made peter drop from the ceiling and groan. "WHAT THE FUCK PETER??!!" Peter took off his mask and responded with "may i can expl-"
"No i dont want an explanation from you, just get out. I dont want a liar in my house, just go to your precious Mr starks tower or... just leave i dont want you anymore."
Peter didnt know what to do so he put his mask back on grabbed his backpack that had his clothes in and ran, he didnt know where he was going but he just wanted to get away from his aunt. Peter was running for 10 minutes before he collapsed on a rooftop and broke down in tears.
"Peter your heart rate is rising, should i call Mr stark?"
"N-N-No Karen please don't, i wanna be left alone"
"Peter i know you dont want Mr stark to know but its in my coding that if you get hurt of your heart rate increases i have to inform him."

In the avengers tower(and yea its still there)

All the avengers were sitting in the common room together watching the news, it was about the new vigilante spiderman.No one in the room knew who he was but only 2 people did, Tony and Natasha(i mean shes Natasha sooo).
"Sir you have a call from Peter, Karen has said that his heart rate is rising and hes close to a panic attack."
Everyone looked at each other confused, wondering who this Peter kid was. Tonys eyes widened, he started to get up as Steve spoke up and said, "Tony where are you going, and why do you care so much about this kid." Tony ignored him and got his suit flying towards his distressed spider.

After flying a while Tony made it to Peter and saw how he was in a ball crying and his breathing was short and rapid. Tony immediately got out his suit and ran to Peter. "Pete you have to steady your breathing.Follow my breathing, breath in 1..2..3 breath out 1..2..3." Peters breathing was now following Tonys. "There there you are okay now, youre safe."Peter was clinging onto Tonys side and has now told Tony what has happened with him and May. Tony was fuming, how could someone get rid of such a sweet boy. "Mr stark can i come to the tower with you, i dont know where to go and may is not gonna want me back."
"Yeah sure you can come back with me, but i have to say that the other avengers are there aswell so just fo to your room and ill get you in the morning." "Okay, can we go back now im cold. Also so i have to tell the others my identity?" "Tell them when you are ready, have you got your things?" "yea"

They got back to the tower and Tony went to Peters room with him. He laid Peter down on his bed and laid down with him, after a while they were both asleep.
In the common room the others were wondering where tony was.
"Friday where is Tony?"Clint asked
"Boss is asleep with Mr Parker should i wake him?"
"No no let him sleep he hasn't had sleep in ages" Bruce replied. They all got up and made their way to Peters room( they didn't know that, that room was peters).Clint opened the door to see Tony, the person that hates human contact, was asleep cuddling a small child. "OMG DOES TONY HAVE A SON" Clint said as he took a picture. Natasha smacked his head and told him that Tony doesn't have a son and that he has to explain himself in the morning.Steve told the others to go to sleep.He shut the door and left them alone.

~Time skip to the morning-7:30am~
No ones POV
Tony awoke to Peter moving around. Peters chocolate eyes opened and saw Tony next to him, he smiled at his mentor laying next to him smiling back. "Tony can i get something to eat, my metabolism is making me hungry." "Sure kid, get dressed and ill see you in a minute just wait for me outside my room." They both got out of bed, got dressed and walked into the common room. Steve, Natasha and Bruce were sitting on the couches either reading the newspaper or drinking coffee. Tony coughs to get their attention. They whip their heads around to see Tonys arm around Peters neck.
"Tony who is this?"Steve asked
"Well if you really need to know hes my intern and hes like my son." He turns to Peter and whispers in his ear, "Are you gonna tell them or am i?" "No ill tell them when im ready."
