Sorry it's late at night, but I was watching anime with my sisters and we got carried away! Glad it's still getting posted tonight, at least! Now, the aftermath of the concert!

~

Once the sisters bowed and said their gracious thanks, much of the crowd began to filter out, though even more tried to find them backstage. Luckily, security kept most of them at bay. Key word: most.

Ash ran through the crowd with the remains of his food, trying to get backstage. A security guard grabbed his arm. "Hey, young man, you cannot go back there. Only the Sawyer sisters and those with a backstage pass can go."

The black-haired boy grinned as he held his up, his friends and brother appearing behind them to show theirs. He gasped and looked over them to make sure they were legitimate, and indeed, they were.

"Oh, pardon me then, head right on through!" He let them pass, and the disguised Gladion and Lillie did the same a moment later.

Now backstage, a few other people with passes and anyone else who snuck past security were pretty much blocking the doors. However, upon seeing the group, all with VIP passes, arrive, some of them backed off. Gladion dipped his head as he walked to Shadow's room, a small parcel in his hands, Bonnie running to follow him; he opened the fire-themed door with her name printed at the top and quickly closed it once he and the tiny blond stowaway were inside.

Lillie noticed Clemont struggling to get through the crowd at Pine's door, the light green one with her name in cursive, so she nervously excused herself to go through and help him. Waving her pass in the air, she managed to help him to the door, where they both graciously entered and locked the door behind them.

Red instantly headed for Crystal's room- it had her name in bright letters and a giant water droplet decorated it-, and people must have recognized him, because they instantly parted to let him through. He ducked his head in thanks and went inside.

Serena scoffed as she stood near the back. "They're like animals fighting for food! Come on, Ash, let's leave these losers. It's so lame, right?" She tugged on his sleeve, but he didn't move, instead clutching the gift he had to his chest and looking to the most crowded door: Zenith's.

"No, this is really cool, and goes to show how popular they are," he replied, giving her a confused look. "Their concert was pretty great, so it makes sense the fans want to congratulate them. Just like when I won my gym battle against Clemont and Zenith cheered for me?"

Serena's blood boiled, but she tried to keep it cool. "I did, too, Ash! Remember, I came over and..."

He shook his head. "I don't really remember that..."

The honey blonde shook even more, trying her hardest not to explode. "Well..." Then an idea came to her mind. "Here! I have a gift for you, since we're friends and all!" She pulled out the light purple and pink-gold wristband she got from 'Kris.'. "I went to the store not long ago and saw this, like a best friend bracelet! You give it to your best friend, and they give it to theirs!"

She placed it in his hands, and Ash smiled once more. "Really? Thanks, Serena! I know just who to give it to!"

Serena closed her eyes and held her palms out. However, moments passed and it didn't come back to her. Opening them, she realized Ash was running toward the crowd. "ASH!? WAIT, WHERE ARE YOU GOING!?"

"I'm going to go see Zenith," he replied while briefly turning back to her, still walking toward the room even facing backwards.

Despite the whiny honey blonde's protests, Ash turned and continued walking away, slipped between squealing fans decked out in merch and dashing through the door.
