With school starting back up, updates might become less frequent. I'll try my best to keep up my once chapter a week routine, but if I miss out on an update here and there, that's why. With that aside, the plot is going to rearrange itself a bit for the next few chapters, so alongside canon, you'll get even more fun new moments here and there.

The next morning Zenith woke up to screaming. Loud and obnoxious screaming. Serena shouted something along the lines of "WHY DIDN'T YOU GUYS WAKE ME UP SOONER, I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR THE SHOWCASE BUT IT'S SO LATE!"

Groggily, Zenith got up, knowing she couldn't fall back asleep after that rude wake-up call. "If you knew the registration was so early, I would have thought you'd be smart enough to get yourself up like a mature and responsible person. This is one of the shows I haven't been called to make an appearance at so I wanted to sleep in. I'm not your mother."

Serena let out another scream of frustration and ran off, Braixen and Pancham chasing after her. Eevee sighed and hopped after them. Zenith felt a stab of pity, seeing as the Normal-Type was forced to grow accustomed to the bratty blonde's behavior far too quickly. At least it was starting to get adjusted to having the others around.

Red had agreed to take Bonnie to the Showcase as well, for the sheer purpose of her Eevee wanting to reassure its twin in the crowds- Zenith silently thanked Red for taking the burden of Serena for them- and Nic wished them good luck in the remainder of their journeys as she went with them.

"So," Pine began as Serena was gone, her arm thrown casually over Crystal's shoulder.

"What should we do today?" The platinum blonde finished, leaning back into her sister's embrace with the same sisterly simplicity. She was completely healed after a good night of rest and a few band-aids where she'd gotten scraped during her fall. "Unless you want to go watch Serena performing, we've got a clear schedule for the day."

"I'll pass," the entire group stated in unison.

"Hey, we should go to the gym so I can challenge the gym leader!" Ash exclaimed.

"Great idea!" Zenith seconded. "We've been training so hard lately that I'm sure your Pokemon are itching for a big fight, and my sisters and I would love to catch up with Olympia, right girls?"

Crystal nodded. "Right. Her predictions for the future have always been... insightful..."

As the instructor for the psychic course gave her speech to her students, a dark vision overcame Olympia's sight. Her eyes suddenly widened, pupils constricting until they were but tiny black dots in the vastness of a void-like violet. She let out an involuntary gasp and staggered back.

Her purple hair instantly curled into two crescent shapes, and her body levitated off the ground, her psychic powers receiving a calling. She flew toward the ceiling.

"Oh my! Lady Olympia!" The instructor exclaimed, suddenly aware of her superior's distress and looking on with wide eyes. There was no way this was anything but bad, and everyone in the room seemed to take notice, the psychics and their Pokemon all staring at the cloaked woman hovering above them.

The gym leader let out a pained wail, her two Meowstic- one male, one female- floating beside her, trying to ease her pain, but there was nothing they could do.

"I see it!" She stated, voice full of distress. Her eyes were still blown wide, but they stared in a place no normal person could see, a plane of reality disconnected from the space humans resided. "A light!" Her arms shot out, white cloak billowing out around her and beginning to glow, as if she were the moon in the celestial sky of her gym.
