chapter 6

It never crossed Jimin's mind that he would set foot in the principal's office for the first time in the last year he studied at the university. He was a bit surprised why the principal called him suddenly but he chose to comply with the instructions and waited for the arrival of the principal himself who was on his way home from the meeting room.

While the omega was busy eyeing at the decorations in the office, he was disturbed by the sound of the door creaked open causing him to snap his head at the person who just entered the office as well. The middle age man entered the office and closed the door behind him before he looked at Jimin curiously.

"Oh, so I assumed you must be Park Jimin right? You may take a seat because I have a few things to talk about with you"
He said while leading the omega to his work table.

Jimin hesitantly took a seat opposite the principal. He still does not understand why he was called to the principal's office without being told the purpose.

He could not help but to think whether the headmaster of the university had seen the video recorded by him and maybe they wanted to ask him about the video further so he had a chance to clear his name. Jimin could feel a ray of hope in his favor at that moment.

He just saw the principal settled down on his seat before he cleared his throat to start the conversation. This situation is enough to make Jimin feel nervous and at the same time excited to rectify the situation.

"I do not want to accuse so let me ask you if you are Park Jimin who has posted a video about a student named Jeon Jungkook on your social media?"
The man began his question.

"Yes, I am"
Jimin said and nodded her head in a sign of certainty.

The principal hummed in response as he began to think of something to say to the omega. Jimin secretly played with his chubby fingers under the table without the man knowing because he used to do it when he felt nervous or scared. He could not wait to step out of the office later happily. After this, no students will bother him anymore.

"It's hard for me to say but your actions almost made you suspended from this university"
The principal said making Jimin's breath hitched.

"What do you mean sir? I just meant to remind other students to be wary of that Jeon Jungkook guy"
He tried to defend himself

"I think you still do not understand Park Jimin. If you still do not know, Jeon Jungkook's father is the biggest entrepreneur in Asia and he has contributed huge funds to raise this university so your actions to tarnish the image of his son are very much taken care of by the superiors"
He explained to Jimin but the omega just flashed him a confused look on his face.

"Well I understand about Jeon Jungkook's father giving funds to this university and more but what has that got to do with the video I uploaded for security purposes? I did not ask for a single penny from everyone!"
Jimin said sternly.

"Park Jimin your actions in uploading the video could cause Jeon Jungkook's name and this university to be tarnished! Only with the useless video that you recorded is not able to witness anything because the quality of the video is not good and the faces of the students themselves are not clear to see"
He explained once again causing the omega to take a deep breath.

"Alright I got it, just because he is from a wealthy family everyone is in his favor and they do not want to hear my explanation at all, no one is on my side"
Jimin said then got up from his seat and stepped to the door.

"You should feel lucky because Jeon Jungkook chose to spare you to graduate from this university"
The principal said softly but just hearing the name he mentioned was enough to make Jimin's blood boil.

Jimin released his tight grip on the poor doorknob before turning to look at the principal who was still sitting on his chair as earlier.

"I would rather die than receive mercy from that jerk named Jeon Jungkook!"
Jimin said before he stormed out of the office feeling suffocated in his chest.

Jimin stepped out of the office while biting his bottom lip all the way down the hallway, completely ignoring the students who looked at him cynically. He finally released his tight grip on his sleeves and covered his head with the hoodie he was wearing.

His steps were unstable due to many things playing on his mind so he decided to sit on one of the benches near him to take time for him to calm down. He barely saw the student passing in front of him through the hoodie he was wearing until he noticed a few students standing not far from him.

"Is he crying?"
One of them asked while peeking at the omega sitting on the bench alone.

"I bet he is, didn't he have been called by the lecturer to go to the principal's office earlier? Looked like he had been badly scolded by the old man for the stupid video he had spread"
Her friend said giggling.

"Oh my, he must be sad and maybe when he returns home later he will run to his mama to report that the principal has scold him"
A male voice said causing the whole group of students burst into laughter.

"But I heard the omega is an orphan, both his parents are dead and he has no other siblings"

"Unfortunately for him, if his parents are still alive they must be burdened because they have to raise him or they will not care what he does so do not be surprised if one day we meet him at a nightclub and work as a stripper-"

"Shut up!!"
The trembling male omega yelled causing the group of students to startle by his sudden outburst.

Jimin felt like he was hallucinating and his killing headache did not help him at all. The omega began to find it difficult to breathe but he was able to shoot a glare at the group of students. They can curse him everytime but they can never say bad things about his parents who had raised him with so much love and attentions that he loves so much or they need to accept the consequences.
