It's been ten days since this all started and Cass had started walking around the end of last week and now was running. Every now and then she would fall though and then she'd start crying. Her talking has gotten better and she'll form tiny sentences. Mostly 'I want' or 'Up up'. She sleeps with a teddy bear Draco's mother had sent when she heard about all this. Mum and dad had sent us a bunch of me and Hermione's old clothes and Hermione got a lot of our old baby toys since our clothes were mainly girl and she has a son. 

Draco was chasing Cass around the living room as I was reading. I smiled looking up to see her coming towards me. I grabbed her making her squeal with laughter as I put her on the couch and started tickling her. She was squirming around trying to get me to stop as Draco came over and helped me. 

" Mumma, s-stop," She said between tickles. I laughed stopping as Draco kissing me on the forehead saying he was going to get ready for class. Cass crawled over to me and sat on my lap as she played with my hair. I smiled as she started rubbing my cheek.

" You wanna get ready baby?" I asked her. She nodded kissing my nose before getting up and running to the stairs where Draco already was. He smiled picking her up and taking her upstairs. I followed them up as Draco had her brush her teeth and I got her clothes ready so he could put them on her while I got ready. I picked out a dull pink overall dress with a long sleeve onesie with leggings that were black and white striped and black converse's. I was going to put her hair in a french plait with flowers going down it. 

" Up!" Cass demanded as soon as we left the apartment. I picked her up placing her on my hip as we walked down to the dungeons. She curled up against me as she got cold-causing Draco to give her, her coat. She smiled saying a small thanks as we entered the room. Blaise and Ellie were the only people here surprised me. Pansy was hardly ever around when Ellie was there making me feel bad for Blaise but more so Ellie, she needs a mother figure. I brought Cass with me over to their table as Draco stayed behind. Blaise was asking her how to say a word he clearly knew but acted like he didn't to make her laugh. 

" Hey Blaise, Ellie," I said. Blaise smiled before hugging me as the girls started talking into one another. I caught a word that I could actually understand every now and then but didn't really pay attention as I talked to Blaise. As the class began to fill I said goodbye to Blaise and tried getting Cass to come but she kept saying no. Draco noticed and began making his way over to us to see why we were still over here. Once I told him what was going on he knelt down to her height.

" You won't get any dessert after dinner," He said causing her to gasp. I wanted to laugh but couldn't since she wouldn't listen then. She let Draco take her into his arms and we made our way over to our table where Draco already had some of her toys and colouring books laid out for her. 

" Today you will be making Amortentia," Slughorn said after a brief warning about it he let us get our ingredients and begin making it.

" What making?" Cass asked propping her head on her chin. 

" Amortentia," I said only earning a confused look from here. " Amortentia is the most powerful love potion in the world. It is distinctive for its mother-of-pearl sheen, and steam rises from the potion in spirals. Amortentia smells different to each person, according to what attracts them. Description. Amortentia is the most powerful love potion in existence." I read from the bookmaking Draco chuckled as he put the next ingredient in.

" What love?" She asked. I sighed letting Draco do the work while I answered all of Cass' question. Such a hard job to do, note the sarcasm.

" Love is when you care about someone a lot," I started explaining. " It's when you put them above you and you would run into a fire for them. Love is a wonderful thing because it can do such powerful things and help so many people."

" Do you love me?" She asked after stumbling a bit over the words.

" Of course, you're my baby," I told her kissing her forehead. 

" Do you love daddy?" She asked causing me to freeze up. I smiled at her as I could feel Draco's eyes on me. 

" Just a tad," I told her making her giggle as I put my finger over my lips saying to be quiet. "Don't tell him that though."

" You love mommy?" She asked Draco causing me to look at him. He smiled as he looked at her then to the potion.

" When she's not being annoying," He answered. " It's done." I stood up and went over to smell it. It smelt like the potion we had to drink when we were getting paired for this. 

" Does it smell like the potion the ministry made?" I asked Draco who nodded. " I smell apples and cologne, actually it's your cologne." 

" Aw, that means you love me," Draco cooed making me roll my eyes. " I smell, shit." He didn't meet my eye as I smiled in victory. I turned to Cass who was drawing not bothering trying to get an answer from him since I already knew what he smelled and I was happy that he smelled it.
