(No One's POV)
The next day, Deku moved out. He decided to live with his new friends. It's not like it mattered to anyone anyways. His father left him years ago and his mother had died the year before in a car accident.
At school he tried his best to act "normal". Act like how he'd normally would before he met Alpha, Dabi, and Toga. "We can't let anyone get suspicious, especially that classmate who wants to be a hero, just in case. The worst that can happen is us getting caught and separated - or worse, being sent back to where we came from," Alpha had said right before he left.
The morning passed by much slower than normal. Finally, when the afternoon came and he escaped that prison - uh I mean school - he made his way to Alpha's place, hoping they'd all done as he asked and moved his stuff into the spare bedroom down the hall. Two knocks on the door. Then,
"Izuku! It's so nice to see you!" Toga grinned in her twisted way of hers and threw open the door to hug him.
"Hey Toga, are the others here?" Deku asked, closing the door behind him.
"Yeah! They're finishing up moving all the stuff you wanted here into your soon-to-be room!"
"Oh so they did do that! That's great."
Toga grabbed Deku's hand. "Izuku, wanna go see if they're done?"
"O-okay." Toga really scared him, the way she behaved, the way sheI'llacted. She was like those playgirls in the movies, the only difference would be that this playgirl is a psychopath, who kills for enjoyment.
She led him down the hall and through the last door on the right. "Katsumi! Dabi! Look who's here!"
Alpha looked up from stacking boxes in the corner. "Oh, hello Deku. Are you ready for training?"
Deku was surprised, "Already? But I don't even have a costume yet and I just got back from school!"
Alpha shrugged, taking his bookbag, "Well, you seemed as though you wanted to be useful as soon as possible, so like... and your costume... on Saturday, we can take you to design one at the black market."
Deku nods. "Okay."
(Deku's POV)
I was pushed beyond the limits I never knew I had. I was hit over and over again by Toga, Dabi, and Alpha. And that's when I'm the only one that's armed with a knife. "Deku, your reaction time needs to be faster; however, you have some sense of predicting what the enemy does next, which is obviously a good thing," Alpha tells me, right after she had pinned me down yet again.
"S-sorry," I panted. "I'm still not that good at this."
"It's fine, at least you're better than some I've seen before," Dabi says, handing me a glass of water.
Alpha nods, "You are. Use your mistakes as a learning experience for when we continue tomorrow."
"Izuku! You're doing so well!" Toga beams.
"T-thanks." But I still knew there was a long way to go.
(Timeskip to ten months later)
"Shhhh... don't scream or thing'll get worse for you," I whispered into the ear of a terrified young woman. We were standing in a dark and abandoned alley. I was sent out to help Toga get some blood of a random person while Dabi and Alpha wreaked havoc as a warmup for what was to happen next. I had a knife held up against her throat, the poor creature was breathing so heavily, eyes wide in fear. "All I need is some of your blood and you can go. Don't make me do this the hard way, but if I have to, I must. It'd be a shame to see that pretty throat of yours get slit," I breathed into her ear.
"T-take it. T-take what y-you want," she squeaked.
I moved the knife to her arm, getting the vial ready. "Your generosity is greatly appreciated, and it'd be even more appreciated if you don't utter a single word about this when I'm done," I smirked. And I cut it deep, not deep to the point where she'd die, but deep enough so the blood could flow out and get into Toga's vial.
When I felt there was enough, I took out bandages and wrapped up her arm while she watched me in terror. "What? Just because I'm a villain doesn't mean I'm completely heartless?" I told her. She nodded in fear, and as soon as I was done, she pulled away from me. "Remember, hush. Keep that pretty mouth shut."
The lock clicked as I welcomed myself back home. Dabi and Alpha were sitting in front of the TV watching the destruction they caused on the news. The same orange and blue flames combo on the screen. Apparently they made some kind of wildfire that plagued a major part of Hosu City. Toga was watching with wide eyes, laughing at the heroes struggle. "Welcome back Deku, did you succeed?" Alpha asks, her multicolored eyes boring into my green ones.
I nod and hand her the vial, which she hands to Toga. Toga beams as she takes it, "There's more in here than last time! Izuku, you're getting good!"
"Thanks," I tell her.
Dabi leans back and says, "Well Deku, you've proven yourself capable of coming with us on our next task."
"What is it?"
"Something we've been planning for a long time now..."
