Preparations

(Deku's POV)

"An attack on UA High School's Hero Course on their trip to USJ. Huh. Sounds interesting," Alpha says, causally sharpening her knife (which was a birthday gift from Toga). We were back in our apartment. "Oi, Deku, didn't you say something about a childhood friend wanting to get into UA's Hero's Course?" Alpha asks suddenly. 

"Huh? Oh yeah, Kacchan?" I said. "What about him?"

"Do you know if he got into UA?" she asked. 

I nodded. "He was bragging about it last week in class then laughing at me because he thinks I was too cowardly to take it." I glared at nothing in particular at his words. "I hope the class we're attacking is his class. I can finally show him who's the weak one."

Alpha grins, "That's the spirit Deku! The day he laughs at name Deku are numbered!"

I couldn't help but beam at this - that'll show him right.

"CAN YOU PLEASE USE THE DAMN DOOR INSTEAD OF JUST BARGING IN LIKE THIS? JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN USE KUROGIRI AND HIS WARP GATES DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN DO THIS, SHIGARAKI GODAMNIT!" I heard Alpha yell from the living room as I stepped out of the shower in the small bathroom. I quickly dried myself, threw on my clothes, and ran out of there. 

Kurogiri and Shigaraki were standing in our living room with an angry Alpha glaring at them, a chill Dabi looking up from his phone, and Toga was sitting on couch hugging her knife and randomly giggling. I noticed the files in Kurogiri's hands. "What are those?" I pointed and asked. 

"It's the reason why we came here," Shigaraki said. "We came to give you information on the enemy, like the students who'll be there." 

"Huh." I took the stack and flicked through them. "Information on their quirks and stuff?"

"Yeah, basically." 

"Which pros are going to be there?" I asked. 

"Eraserhead, Thirteen, and All Might." I froze. All Might? Alpha's voice brought me out of my thoughts, "So why are we attacking UA again?"

"To kill All Might, The Symbol of Peace. And don't worry about how, we already have a way," Shigaraki says. To kill All Might? The Symbol of Peace. I remembered before wanting to get revenge on Kacchan, I wanted to be a hero just like All Might. And now we're going to kill him. A voice in my head told me to back out but I pushed it away. No. If I worked with the people who brought All Might's end, Kacchan's going to be scared I'll end him in the same way. That's good. Yes. A scared Kacchan. 

"We're not bringing everyone here though," Shigaraki interrupts my train of thought. He looked directly at Alpha, "Your fire and ice ability will come in handy so I want you to come. However I need one more person. Any suggestions?"

Alpha instantly pointed at me. "Take Deku as well. He's Quirkless, but a skilled with a knife and gun; he also has multiple books filled out about information about heroes, their strengths and weaknesses," she says without a single bit of hesitation. 

"Quirkless?" Kurogiri asks. 

"Yes Quirkless. But that means Eraserhead's Quirk won't work on him." She looks me in the eye. "It's true he is the least experienced out of the rest of us, but he is a good choice to bring with you."

"Very well, Deku and Alpha are going on the USJ raid."

The four of us were huddled around the table, examining student files. "Class 1-A. They all have interesting Quirks," I noted. We flipped through the files in order, from weakest to strongest. "There's one with a Zero Gravity Quirk? That's an interesting Quirk," Alpha remarks, tossing the file aside. 

"Holy shit, this guy!" Toga exclaims. 

"What?" I ask. She holds it up for the rest of us to see. It was him. My heart rate increase as she read the name, "Bakugo Katsuki." 

"That's him!" I yelled, jumping up and pointing to the picture. "That's amazing, I can finally put him in his place!" Thoughts and images ran through my head of what I will do to him. First I'll scare him, then... well I don't want to spoil the surprise... 

"That's amazing, Deku! Aren't you glad you're allowed to come?" Alpha smiled, probably at my reaction. 

I nodded excitedly then went to the next one. This one was a boy with the left of his hair red, right half white, left eye blue, right eye grey, and a red burn scar over his left eye. Reminds me of the girl I'm facing right now. "Oi, Katsumi, that boy looks like you! And he also has the same Quirk as you; Half Hot Half Cold!" Toga chirps cheerfully from over my shoulder. 

Alpha pales and Dabi's eyes widen. "Wh-what?" she asked. I handed her the file and her eyes widened in shock. "N-no, it couldn't b-be," I heard her mutter. Dabi leaned over to look as well. "I-I - Shit!" and like that she was gone, running away. I didn't understand. "Katsumi!" Dabi yells. 

"Tell them! Just tell them!" she yells back. 

Dabi holds up the file and says, "This boy, Todoroki Shoto, he's Katsumi's twin brother... my little brother..."
