That was close!

"Lexiiii!! It's time to get up, you promised that you would drive me to school today!!!" My 6 year old sister Sophia screamed while jumping on my bed.

" Okay, okay stop jumping, I'm getting up" I peered through my eyes to see my sister dolled up in a cute sundress that my mom would have gotten her to wear.

" Noooo, get up now, mommy's making pancakes!! Common!!!lexi-"

THUD!

" Sophia! Oh my god are u okay ??"
I scrambled to pick my sister who fell of the bed and was currently grinning on the floor.

" Let's eat pancakes !!"

Chuckling I carried her while she clutched onto my shoulder. I winced when she touched my cheeck.

" Lexi, did you get hurt?" My sister asked sadly.

" Oh no! It's nothing, it's just because you are sooo strong!" I tickled her and she giggled uncontrollably. I got down the steps and placed her on the kitchen counter.

My mother turned around with a sweet smile and placed food in front of Sophia. " Good morning darling, you will be dropping Sophia right, I have a meeting with my new clients- Jack Smithson." She said.

" Yeah, I will mom and I'll pick her up too, have a nice day." I replied

" Thanks sweetheart"

I smiled at her before heading to my restroom to freshen up.

I buckled Sophia safely in the passenger's seat before climbing into the drivers seat. I turned on the radio to play Sophia's favourite songs.

I laughed as she animatedly sang the song. I drove to Northview elementary school and dropped her off and watched her as she ran towards her friends. I was really proud of her. She was a social animal.

Smiling once again I continued driving towards my school, Northview High Public School.

I parked my car at my usual spot and got out to see my best friends huddled over a phone.

My best friend Isabella noticed me first and pulled me into a bear hug.
" Oh ma gaawd! izz, C-can n-not breathe!"

She shrugged it off pulled me towards the rest.

I saw the rest of my friends- Carter, Adrianna and Genevieve. Smiling at them I peered over to see what they were looking at, before I could Carter yanked me towards him and whispered "Lexi! Gen is pissed and I don't know what I did wrong!!"

I mentally face-palm, Gen and Carter have liked each other since the beginning, but they never admit it and they fight for the smallest things.

Sighing, I said to carter that I was getting late and that I would talk to him at lunch break.

With that, I walked towards my locker and told out the Books for my first period which was math- one of my favourite. Scratch that all subjects are my favourite, I just can't choose!

I close my locker to see girls fanning themselves and everyone speaking in hushed tones.

I look towards the entrance to see the sexiest black Mesarati.

A hot dude got out of the passenger's seat and most of the girls swooned.

Once the driver's seat door opened, I saw a pair of leather boots.They looked really expensive. Then, I saw his face, His jawline was so sharp, it could cut steel. He had a 'Don't mess with me' look. It was him! 3 other guys joined them and they walked together towards the entrance.  

My breath hitched, and I knew that I was in deep shit.

It was finally lunch time!

I walked towards my locker and I threw my books inside. I couldn't care less about the mess in my locker.

I'll fix it later.

I closed my locker and turned to find him!

He put his books in the lo ker next to mine with a blank expression. A group of girls stood a few feet away and gushed about his ' godly looks'

He caught me looking and smiled.

" Hi, I'm Xavier."

Gosh! He caught me staring!!

" Uh, hi. Alexis" I replied

He nodded and said " nice to meet you, my locker-mate" he chuckled

I smiled and nodded.

" Hey, have I seen you somewhere?" He asked me.

"I don't think so, maybe someone who looks the same, lot of Americans have the same features as me" I told him hoping that he doesn't realise that we had met before.

He nodded slowly and walked away towards the cafeteria. Once he was out of earshot, I exhaled loudly.

I really don't want anyone to find out. Here in school, I was a model student. Peace- loving, sincere and hardworking to all my teachers and friends.

I didn't want them to find the other side of me, it'll complicate everything.
