Coffee and Crushes

I was currently in Xavier's car and we were driving back to my house. Xavier had been silent since the time I pushed him away from me.

He can't just kiss me randomly like that!

I cant deny that it was probably the best kiss ever though..

We stopped in front of my house and Sophia bid goodbye to her friend and ran into the house.

"Bye guys, I'll see you tomorrow Xavier" I said and Xavier nodded at me while mateo hugged me.

I got down from the car and I walked towards my door. Once I was in my room I plopped on my bed and squealed.

Oh gosh! That was so not expected!

How will I face him tomorrow?

The kiss replayed in my mind, it was perfect, like gentle yet demanding.

Ugh! I sat down on chair and opened my book.

Studying will probably distract me. I went through all the material for hours and I put everything away at around 8 in the evening when my mom called us for dinner and I ate silently while my mom was on the phone with her clients.

Wishing her quick her goodnight I ran up to my room. After a quick shower and some reading, I got under the bed next to where Sophia was sleeping, I don't think she wants to sleep alone, she still thinks there were monsters under her bed.

Soon, I felt myself drift to the land of dreams.

"It was so much fun, he is so great guys"! Izzy gushed in front of my locker.

I reached them and asked " who's great? What was fun?"

" Zander and our dinner last night, he is such a gentleman and so nice to be around!" Izzy gushed while we all smiled like idiots. I am so happy for her!

"Hey Lexi" I heard a deep voice and I turned around to meet Xavier in all his glory. I instantly remembered the kiss and my cheeks felt warm.

" Why are you blushing?" He asked

" Umm, I ran my way here."

" Well, okay, I'll see you later guys" he winked at me and gave my friends a boyish nod and walked away.

I turned around to see my friends. Gen's jaw touched the floor while Izzy stood there with wide eyes.

"You like him!" Izzy yelled and hugged me.

I clamped her mouth shut and said "no! I don't ! He's just a guy who I tutor!"

Yeah,sure. My mind no mocked me and I rolled my eyes.

"Okay, I'm late gotta go!" I zipped past them and got into English class, one o shared with all the 6 guys.

"Hey, Lexi bear! We missed you!" Mark yelled and our teacher gave him a look which he ignored.

I smiled at him and hugged him and sat down.

" What about me?" A voice said in my ear and from the smell of aftershave and cologne I knew it was Xavier.

" What do you mean?" I freigned innocence.

" Won't you give me a hug?" He whispered again in my ear.

"In your dreams" I scoffed.

"Oh sweetheart, I dream of much more than that" he said lowly in my ear which caused shivers down my spine.

I pushed him away and sat up straight, he chuckled knowing the effect of his words on me.

The rest of the class, I took notes while Kyle threw paper Planes at the teacher,Luke put his feet on the table and Andrew sat there like a freaking model. Zander sat quietly listening while Xavier kept poking me.
