I literally hate school. I'm happy that it's my last year. After this, I am free from these people.High school really made me hate people.
Like in general, the teenage population at Freedom High School are a bunch of idiots.
The day is over and I'm walking in the spring air.
I always loved spring. The flowers as they bloom. The smells of the fresh air. The sun shinning.
Reds place Isn't that far from my school.
So instead of taking the bus or riding my bike as I always do, I walk. When I get there ready to knock on the door it opens.
It was Red. He seemed even more surprised than me.I just look at him trying to figure out his emotion.
All I see is surprised and a little sadness. Why sadness?
He is the first to say something. "Come in someone is here for you."
What for me?
I walk in.
The person I saw sitting cross-legged on the sofa.
Someone who saw me at my worst and at my best.
Someone who I would die to protect.
I can't say anything.
"Hey, Sam. You miss me." Her words dripped with sarcasm.
She sounds just like I remember.
She stands up. I can see Red in the corner of my eye. Looking at my reaction.
She looks so different but the same. Her piercing red hair flowed down her shoulders.
It was long and straight. She walks towards me. I still can't say anything. I look into her eyes. Green. I loved her bright green eyes.Last time I saw her I was dying.
I thought she died or left and never looked back.I wanted her to move on.
One tear falls from my eye.
"Come on, I know I have been gone a while but you don't have to cry on me." Her smile warms my heart. She wipes away my tear and gives me a long hug.
My head on her shoulder. "Yeah," I said in a soft tone. "Yeah what?" She answeres. "I've missed you."
We let go of each other.
"Well, that was embarrassing." Trying to cover up the sudden emotional abuse. "What are you doing here Dee?"
Shes here. I told her to never come back. I told her in that cell that I was in that she should give up on me.
"Sam has a seat." Red walks over one had touched the lower of my back.
I follow and sit as softly as possible, trying to predict what was going to happen next. Dee sits next me. She looks serious. "He's back Sam." Dees words were worrisome. I'm taken back. I know who she is talking about. Jackson, he's back. He wanted to be found. He trying to find me. After escaping a year and a half ago.
So he's coming for me. "Took him long enough. He really has been taking his sweet time."
I have a little green in my words.
Their faces were stunned, they never thought I would act like this.
"Since you are here with my dad you told him right."
She nods her head. I look at Red, he stands in front of us.
"Dad I never wanted you to know this. About the life, I lived. I want you to know that."
I looked into his eyes. "Now that he's back, I have to end it. I have to kill him," I said my voice low.
He is back because he wants me. Because he told me that he would find me. If I don't kill him he's going to kill me.
I'm not going to give in any more to him.
I trusted him and he turned his back on me. He locked me away like a little pet. He is not going to win not again.
