*Matts POV*
It was 5:27 & i thought i should be on my way over. I mean not like it would take long, she was just down the street.
*Kenzies POV*
i was waiting for Matt. Hanging out with him made me so happy.
I put on some shorts (jeans leggings you guys choose) & a cute shirt & matching shoes. I was spraying some perfume when the doorbell rang. I quickly put on some lipgloss grabbed my bag & ran downstairs.
"I GOT IT I YELLED" but my mom had already beat me too it.
"Oh thanks mom"
" no problem dear, have fun"
"Thanks" i gave her a quick hug & walked out.
Matt was waiting for me by his car.
"Whos is this?" I asked referring to the car
"Mine"
"You have a car but walk to school?"
"Its not that far Kenz"
"True, well lets go"
On our way there we talked for a bit until my favorite song came on
"MATTHEW I LOVE THIS SONG'
"Yeah i like it too " he said with a smile
I started humming it in my head
"So what are you planning on gettin"
"Hmm idk but ur helping me "

Not to long until we got there & parked. We walked into the mall & then went to a store Matt said would have cute clothes.
"Ooh Kenzie try this!!!"
He handed me a Skirt (dress, shorts jeans your choice)
I picked out other things to go along with it.
He sat on a little chair by the dressing rooms.
"Ill wait here "
"Okay"
I walked into the dressing room & tried on the outfit . As soon as i finished i walked out.
"Matt well i dont know how it looks & what shoes? What do you think? "
He looked up from his phone & smiled super cute.
"Oh my kenz you look so ... beautiful "
I looked up at him.
" thank you Matt.. " i said with a small smile. But knew i was definitely blushing hard.
"Do you think Sammy will think i look good?"
He then looked at me like he couldn't believe what i just said. Trust me, neither could i...
"Sam..Sammy?" He said
"W well yeah, uhm"
"Yes kenzie he'll think you look great. He smiled again.
"So we should go get something to eat im sooooo hungry "
"Alright, go change & stuff babe"
"Okay ma..." i froze.
What did he just call me
"Matt.. okay matt"
He was walking off.
Did Matthew just call me babe???
Either way it made my stomach do flips. He really had me going.

We decided to just get ice cream & go to the park near our house
"So" i said "you got your eye out for anyone???"
He looked at me & smirked.
hooooooooly hot.
"Eh, just this one cute girl from school"
I frowned.
"O..oh uhm whats her name? "
"Why are you asking? "
"Just forget it. So are you excited for tomorrow's party?" I smiled again
"Yeah the partys at Sammmmms are aways fun"
I smiled
*Matts POV*
Kenzie asked me who i liked. Why would she do that?
Then she changed the subject so i decided to not ask further.
We ended up talking for a while later until she talked again
"Hey i should get going my mom is gonna flip"
Ill drop you off come on" i said & i reached for her hand & lifted her off the bench we were almost at the car when i realized i was still holding her hand. But now they were interlocked.
I looked over at her & she was smiling looking out at the kids playing. Just being
*Kenzies POV*
I was looking around when i too realized i was holding Matts hand. I looked up at him & he was smiling out looking ahead.
This moment felt so right. We got to the car & he let go of my hand to open the door for me.
"Thank you" i said with a simple smile.
On our way home we listened to music & here & there flirted. Since it wasnt to far we arived in 5 minutes.
He parked outside of my house & before we got out to open my door i stopped him.
"Matt.."
"Yes Kenz?"
"I had fun today "
"Me too" he smiled
"Thank you.." i said looking into his eyes leaning in too kiss his cheek. Which i did & it was perfect. I noticed his eyes were closed & he had them like that till i sat back.
"& dont worry ill open the door" i said with a smirk.
I quickly gathered up my bags & opened the car door.
I looked over at him once more.
"See you tomorrow Espinosa "
