Okay guys, so this may be cliche, but I really need to tell you guys this.
Even though I am playing as Niyesha in the story, I have never been abused. I had some people ask me if I was actually being abused, and I told them no. And this is the truth.
But I do want to tell you guys, if any of you guys are being abused. Have seen someone get abused. You need to talk to someone ASAP. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks, as long as you talk to a trusted adult.
Yes, I know I sound like one of those school teachers in those assemblies, but this is true. If you suspect it, don't wait. Don't be like "Oh, what if I'm wrong?" Because it's better to be safe than sorry. Cause if you wait, it may be too late.
And if you're being abused... Please. Please tell someone. You come onto Wattpad to exit your way out of it, and I understand. Reading can escape the thoughts and the real world. But I'm telling you. Tell someone. I cannot emphasize this enough.
Niyesha is just a character, but there are people in this world going through this in real life. And I hope it is not you. I care about my readers. And if it is please contact any of these hotlines if you or anyone you know, is being abused physically, emotionally, and/or sexually.
