I'm just like really angry about this whole Officer Wilson and Officer Panataleo not being guilty. Like really though? They not guilty. You got witnesses and all that and they not guilty? Y'all obviously don't have any eyes or ears. Ridiculous. If you see people protesting that the indictment was wrong, um...do officials don't see that something is obviously wrong about the decision that was made?? But may God bless Eric Garner and Michael Brown souls.
Let's go on to the story...

About 2 Months Later...
Niyesha's P.O.V
It's now February 11th. It's my father's sentencing date. I had to wake up at 7:00 A.M. to get to the court house by 9. I didn't want to go. Didn't want to get out of bed period. But I had to. I was setting an example not only for other people like me. But also for me. I'm setting an example for myself. Proving that I can stand up for myself.
I put on the most classiest clothes I had. A pencil skirt, with a blue blouse, and a pair of Mary Jane's shoes. I put my hair in a high bun, with a bang to my side. I looked at myself in the mirror, and saw I looked decent. I sighed. I really didn't want to do this. But again I have to.
The doorbell rang, and I went downstairs to see Prince. He hugged me and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
Prince: You're ready?
Niyesha: Yeah, let's go.
We got into his Audi, and made our way to the court house. The ride there was silent, and I enjoyed it. I was looking out the window, just thinking about my future of my dad, the future of myself. How would all this affect my soon-to-be career?
Prince grabbed my hand, and looked at me. I smiled at him, and continued to look out the window.
-In the Court-
The judge came in, and then the prosecutor. In the court room was Prince and I, obviously. Latoya came and LeeLee came also. Everyone else didn't come because they felt only family should go.
From the corner of my eye, I saw a pair of doors open. From those doors came out my father with an officer escorting him to his seat beside his defense attorney. He was handcuffed. He looked at me, but I looked away. I couldn't bear to see his face. The officer sat him down. Then the doors to enter the courtroom opened. I looked behind me to see Officer Leo sneak in. He smiled and briefly waved at him. I waved back.
Judge: Okay. Prosecutor what are you pleading?
Prosecutor: This man is being charged with Endangerment of a Child, Assault, and Attempted Murder.
Judge: Okay, Mr. Williams, what do you plead?
Alejandro: Guilty your honor.
Judge: Do you want to accept the charges given to you?
Alejandro: Yes sir.
Judge: Well then. I sentence you to 30 years in prison, without parole. You would also be expected during your jail time to attend weekly anger management classes. Court is ajorned.
The judge slammed his gavel, which made me jump. 30 years.
30 years I would not see my father. I do not know whether to be relieved or sad.
They escorted my Dad out of the room. He looked back at me. There were tears in his eyes. I wanted to cry too, but I needed to be strong.
The prosecutor came to me.
