Bleary silver-grey eyes open up and squint at the sunlight coming through the window. Cynthia just leans forward in her bed and blinks the sleep from her eyes. She managed to somehow get a good night's sleep in her new quarters despite being up past midnight.

Cynthia let out a yawn and aside, falling back onto her pillow and closing her eyes. She seemed ready to fall asleep right then and there, but then suddenly her eyes flew open and realization dawned on her

She swings her feet over the sides of the bed as she stretches her body out. And with a yawn, she walks into the bathroom and looks herself in the mirror. Cynthia sighed, looking at the disheaveled mess that was her hair.

Maybe it was the fact that it was so early in the morning and that she was exhausted that she forgot she had nothing to take the wild mess on her head. Seeing no use of in wasting time, she stripped out of her night clothes and hopped in the shower. Turning the water on, she then closed the curtain behind her and sighed in relief as the warm water of the shower starts waking her up.

A few minutes later

After finishing her morning shower, washing her face and brushing her teeth, she began to put on her clothes. She put on her black shirt and jeans on first, then put on her belt. She wrapped her long, V neck coat and put on her fur cuffs on her wrists. Know it was time to tend to the real problem.

She finally found a hairbrush and started stroking her blonde, silky locks. After spending a good five minutes of brushing her hair, she fastened her hair clips and slipped on her heels. She didn't know how much time she had until she needed to meet up with Ozpin, but she decided to get a quick but of breakfast.

She stepped outside of Beacon in a secure location and decided to call out her Pokémon so they too can get some food. She unclipped the six Pokéballs around her belt. She then moved on to the ones in her pocket. She left Palkia's untouched. She didn't want to call on it yet. She'll do it after her other Pokémon were fed.

"Everyone, Battle Dance!" She tossed them up in the air and all of her Pokémon appeared.

"Gar!!"

"Luca!!"

"Toge, Kiii!!"

"Lotic!"

"Spiri!!"

"Roserade!!"

"Galceon!!"

"Brave!!"

"Tross!!"

Cynthia smiled at her friends. "Good morning, everyone!" She greeted.

All of her Pokémon greeted back, happy to be outside and free of their Pokéballs. Thanks to Darkrai, not only did he drop off a pile of spare Pokéballs, but also a lot of Pokémon food. This will hopefully last them for a few weeks but she was still going take the best of it.

"Lucario, Togekiss. Will you two please bring down the Pokémon food we got last night?" She asked.

"Car." Lucario nodded and hopped on Togekiss's back and flew up to their room undetected. A few seconds later, they brought back three large bags full of food.

"Lucar! Lucario!" The Aura Pokémon called out and placed the two bags on the ground.

"Togekiss." Cooed the Jubilee Pokémon as it set down the last one.

"Thank you both. Now, let's eat!" Cynthia said and started filling up a few bowls she got from the cafeteria yesterday.

As the Pokémon were munching on their food, they decided to talk amongst each other.
