"Sun, you look like you want to know who I am, do you?" Blake asks.
Sun started rubbing the back of his head like he'd been found out. "Well, yeah I'm kinda curi- hey, where'd she go?"
Blake arched an eyebrow at him before turning around and saw that Cynthia, along with her Garchomp, were gone.
"How does a six foot tall shark-dragon just disappear like that?" She mumbles, looking everywhere for where they could have gone.
She turns back to Sun. "Let's talk elsewhere." She says.
"Alright, but first..." Sun let's out a loud whistle.
Suddenly, Sun's shadow popped out of where it remained motionless and nearly made Blake yelp in fear. Then it slowly formed into an odd shape and she was met with a rather weird figure.

It was a dark purple, bipedal creature with a roundish body. It has red eyes, a wide mouth that is usually curled into a sinister grin, and pointed ears. On its back are numerous spikes and it has smaller spikes on top of its head similar to tufty fur. Its arms and legs are short with three digits on both its hands and feet. It also has a stubby tail.
"Gegegengaaaar!!" The rotund creature cackled.
Blake took out her Pokédex and scanned the new creature.

"Gengar, the Shadow Pokémon. Gengar can pass through dimensions and appear almost anywhere. It hides in the shadows. If a Gengar is nearby, it is said to feel ten degrees colder than normal."
