Chapter 1: Prologue

So I wrote this story February of 2014 but I've been writing the last book using WattPad so I decided to transfer this one over too. I know the chapters are short but that's the way I wrote them. I'll update every Wednesday. Enjoy.

Bree's P.O.V.

My legs tire slightly though my breathing is fine. I super speed around my father's lab, where my brothers and I have lived since I was 1. First of all, me and my brothers are bionic humans. We have a few main abilities, and then other abilities. My brother Adam is seventeen and has super strength, laser vision and the ability to breathe underwater. My little brother Chase is fifteen and has super smarts, super senses and molecular-kine sis. I'm sixteen, and I have super speed, super agility, and vocal manipulation, along with others. The ding of the elevator rings out and my brothers appear. I stop to talk to them, halting in front of them.

"You guys have to clean up your mess next time." I say, "And Davenport's gonna be home any minute."

"So...?" Adam questioned, as he usually did, because he's not the brightest.

"So, it means we have to go to sleep... in our capsules." Chase answered and making it clear where we had to sleep before Adam took another nap in Leo's bed.

"Oh..." Adam says, clearly exaggerating the obvious.

Suddenly, Chase's head shoots up then he whispers "I hear something." Then, he uses his bionic hearing to figure out what he heard. "Davenport's home."

I immediately grab my brothers and super speed over to our capsules, throwing them into theirs and jumping into mine. I shut the door behind me and our capsules change us into matching long-sleeved flannel pajama sets. Adam has green, Chase has blue and I have pink. Then our capsules dim and the last thing I see before falling asleep is the elevator opening and Davenport walking into the lab.
