Scarlett's POV:
"Scarlett Ambrose Valdez." I stood up as the MC called my name. I went up the stage and shook hands with the people standing at the stage before receiving my diploma.
"Congratulations on being the Valedictorian Scarlett. Im so proud of you." My English teacher said.
"Thank you." I went to the mic stand for my Valedictorian speech. It was needed.

"Uhm..." I said as i laughed.
"Wow.. I didn't really thought that we'll all graduate from highschool. I know that all of you thought that we'll be stuck here forever. I knew that because even i thought of it.." They all laugh with me.
After my speech they all applauded me. I laughed when both my parent stood up from their chairs. My dad yelled "That's my daughter."

After graduation, i went to my family who's waiting outside where the event was held.
"Scarlett!" My mom squealed. I went to them and hugged them tightly.
"Congrats sis." My elder brother Luke greeted. He graduated highschool five years ago. Although he didn't graduate Valedictorian he was still smart. Like really smart. It runs in the family. Both my brother and i played sports. The difference between me and him is that i managed to balance my academics and sports and graduated as a Valedictorian.
"Thanks." I said.
"Okay, im gonna take a picture of you. Then we'll take a picture as a family." My mom said. I nodded happily.

My mom took a picture of me and after that, we took a picture as a family.
"Hey, you know what im craving for?" I said.
"Burger!!" My brother said.
"Exactly. Race you to the car!" I said and ran to the car. All of us laughed. We all went inside the car.
"Okay, where are we gonna eat?" I asked.
"Zark's!" My mom happily said. It was our favorite place. The burgers there are amazing.
"Seatbelts." My dad reminded before he started to drive.
"All your cousins and aunt's and uncle's will be at our house later tonight. Im not supposed to tell you this but since you don't I like surprises—"
"I hate it, mom." I cut her words.
"Since you hate surprises, might as well tell you." She corrected herself.
"But you're still gonna have to act surprised." My brother said.
"Alright." The car stopped from the red light.
"So, what course will you be taking sweetheart?" My dad faced me.
"I was thinking of business management just like Luke. He'll need my help, i bet." I teased.
"Hey, for your information my company is doing a great job. And that's all because of my wits and hardships." Luke stated. He decided to not go to college and build his own company. It's been running for almost three years already but even in that short period of time, his company is one of the biggest company here in our country.
"Stop it both of you." My mom laughed.
"We know. That's our way of saying I love you." I said.

The green light showed on the traffic light.my father quickly drove forward. And then.. In a second, my brother was hugging me before a truck hot our car. Our car flew over the roads.. And then that's when my visions became black.
