Chapter 12

The next day, Ash and Serena went to explore the city, and the whole region. They went to many places like the Saffron City, the Viridian City and many more. Serena introduced Ash to Dawn. Dawn actually liked him. She even invited him to the wedding.

Ash now spent most of the time with Serena, totally forgetting Jhunnu. Same as Serena, who loved to spend time with Ash, totally forgetting about Sinu. Soon they both started meeting every day. They both together went to parks, cinemas, gardens, temples and even more. They were spending more and more time. They didn't know that their feelings were rising towards each other.

Some days after, Ash woke up early and went outside his room. Suddenly, he hears some talks from the garden. He notices that it was Diantha and Delia, who were talking about him. Ash hides behind the wall.

"Hey, Diantha! Did you notice it?" Delia asks.

"No. What is it?" Diantha asks.

"Of O, Ash."

"What Ash?"

"He is not going to the riverside nowadays."

"Yes, it is really! I didn't notice it."

"Hey slow down, otherwise he will wake up. I think he has forgotten Jhunnu"

On hearing this, Ash was just lost. He totally forgot about Jhunnu.

"That's only because of Serena. She is just the perfect girl for Ash."

Now, Ash was just stunned. He had a great time with Serena, but he just totally forgot about Serena. Is that because of he likes he now. Is that because of love?

Meanwhile, Serena and Dawn were sitting together and talking.

"Hey Serena, my little brother is coming."

"Wow, what's his name?"

"Oh, his name is Max, but his nickname is Sinu-"Dawn stopped and realised what she said.

"Sinu?" Serena muttered. She realizes about Sinu. She continued," Um, I am going to get some air out. Bye."

Serena goes out and was just sad. She totally forgot about Sinu. She soon realises that the time she spent with Ash, she totally ignored Sinu. It's not like she hates Ash, but she like Ash. Ash, to her is a great person. Is the bonding love?

Throughout the day, Serena tried to call Ash, but Ash was just lost in Jhunnu. He ignored and sometimes rejected the call, with messages like; busy, in meeting, etc.

Soon Ash realizes what he did. He tried to call Serena back, but Serena was busy dealing with the guests and specially, Sinu.

Two days pass by, when finally Delia called Serena stating she hasn't visited them for a long. Serena reaches the door and presses the doorbell, to which Ash opens it.

"Hi." Ash greets.

"Hi" Serena replies.

"Come in" Ash replies and makes Serena to enter in. Delia, along with Diantha enters and meets Serena.

"Um, Ash? Can you please come here for a minute? I wanted some help." Diantha asks.

"Yeah sure." Ash replies and follows Diantha in the room, leaving Serena and Delia in the living room.

"So Serena, how's your trip going in Kanto?" Delia asks.

"It's going fine auntie. Tomorrow is Dawn's wedding. I would leave for Kalos after 3 days." Serena replies.

"Oh." Delia muttered with sadness. Finally she spoke up.

"Hey Serena, you know, I am very bad in holding things in my heart and always blurt out in awkward situations, so I want to ask you directly."

"What is it auntie?" Serena asks with a curious tone.

"Do you like Ash?"
