Daan POV:
I walk up the stairs to Faith's bedroom. I knock on the door and when I don't get a response after 10 seconds I knock again, harder this time. ''Mom fuck off!'' she screams. I get angry at the way she talks at me and open the door. ''Faith Ivonne Mead, don't you dare to ever talk to me again like that!'' I yell at her. My gaze falls on the phone she's holding, she's probably on the phone with one of that boy of school. ''Mom, get out of my room.'' she says with an annoyed look on her face. ''Dinner is ready in five so be there oke sweetie?'' she rolls her eyes at me. ''Don't call me like that, I'm not 5 anymore.'' she says and I hear some laughing voices through her phone. It makes me a bit sad how much she changed. She used to be very cute and sweet and she always wanted to do things with me and Beth. Now she can only spend whole days in her room, busy with her phone and at school she's busy with some stupid boys from the 4th class who really influence her grades at school. She also really doesn't listen to me anymore, it annoys me like fuck but I can't be angry at my little baby. She only listens to Beth because Beth becomes mad when Faith doesn't listen, but I just can't be mad... ''Mom, I don't ask it again, go away now!'' she says to me. I turn around and walk out of the room, closing the door.

''Are you really listening to her now?'' I suddenly hear Beth asking me which scares me the fuck up. ''Oh my god Beth, where did you suddenly come from?!'' I ask her. ''What do you think of the living room?'' she says. She opens Faith's door and before she could even say something I hear Faith yelling at her, ''MOM WHAT DID I SAY? SHUT THE FUCK UP!'' she screams. She probably didn't realize it was Beth because when she looked up she turned totally red. ''Give me your phone, now.'' Beth says with a strict look, pointing at Faith's phone. To my biggest surprise she gets immediately out of her bed and gives her phone to Beth. How did she do that? She didn't even become that mad..  ''Sorry mom.'' she says and looks at the ground after that. ''I think I'm not the only one who deserves an apology.'' Beth says and Faith walks to me. ''Sorry.'' she says. I'm still a bit confused about what's happening. Faith just listened to us without having to get angry. Well, she listened to Beth, not to me, but oke.

She walks down the stairs which leaves me and Beth alone upstairs. ''Daan, you really have to be stricter for her! She's just playing a game with you! She's not the one who's making out the rules here!'' Beth said a bit angry. I let out a big sigh and Beth notices me getting a bit sad. ''Baby, I know it's difficult for you but you really have to be stricter for her.'' she says and gives me a hug. ''Oké I will try it,'' I say and she leans back. ''No, you will DO it,'' she says and I sigh again. ''Oké, oké, mom,'' I smirk at her and run away after that because I know that she hates it when I call her mom. ''Daniëlle van de Donk come here!'' I hear her yelling from behind me. She chases after me and I run down the stairs as fast as I can. But I know that she will catch me because she's way faster than me. ''I'm right behind you!'' I hear her say and then I feel two arms around my waist. ''Got ya!'' She says and she starts tickling me. ''BEFF STOPP!'' I beg and I try to catch breath. ''Uh uh,'' she says and keeps on tickling. ''PLEASE BEFF!'' I say while laughing and she finally stops. Suddenly Faith walks into the kitchen, where I lay on the ground with Beth on top of me. There's a silence in the room for a few seconds and Faith stares at us with a weird look at her face. ''You guys are such two little kids,'' she says and grabs a glass out one of the cupboards. ''Yes we are, and we love it, you should join us instead being busy with your phone all day,'' Beth says. ''Nahh, thanks for the invite but I reject him,'' she says smirking, giving a wink. Beth and I laugh at each other and walk to the couch after that.
