Ellis and Cameron

It was 3 hours after he got home that he got a message from Ellis while he was at dinner. He looked at his phone after returning to his bedroom. Looking at the screen he read the message:

I'm an idiot, I fucked up, I won't be at school for the next week. I messed up, don't hate me.

Cameron was wondering what he had done. He paced his room, trying to figure out what he had done, he then realised that he was wondering why he wanted to speak to Louis.

He dialled Ellis. He waited and then Ellis voice was heard on the other side.

"You idiot, we saidb leave Louis alone, why did you go to him?" He shouted through the phone, Ellis understood why.

"He was the one that made the guys hurt you, it hurts me that he did that." Ellis said through the phone, he tried to make his voice sound firm but he was breaking because he didn't want Cameron to be mad at him.

"Leaving him alone would have been better." He said at the phone, he laid down on the bed and looked up at the ceiling, tried not to be upset as he understood that he did that for him, "but you could have just talk to him."

"I'm so so sorry."

"I know, I know, next time think about how I would feel. You deserve the suspension but I am going to miss you at school." Cameron said, he smiled after getting his feelings out to Ellis and how he feels to him.

They spent the next couple of hours on the phone, talking and then Cameron felt like he was going to fall asleep, he told Ellis, they said goodbye and then he fell asleep.

The next day Cameron woke up and realised that he won't have Ellis with him and that upset him. He had his breakfast, then got the twins ready to walk her to school. "Come on Mackie."

Mackie and him were walking down the street, the twins ran ahead. "Don't go to far." He said as they skipped off to the park entrance.

"Why are you looking so sad." Cameron sprung around and saw Ellis behind him, he hugged him and kissed him. They walked into the park holding hands, the twins saw that Ellis was walking with Cameron and ran up to him.

"Hey." He said and hugged the twins, they then walked to the park exit. They made it to the school, Ellis and Cameron said bye to the twins, Cameron couldn't walk into the school, he had to leave Ellis at the school gates. "Don't forget to write well good notes in English."

He kissed Cameron, Ellis held onto Cameron's hand, "I'll meet you here, I have to pick Mackie up from school as I'm not here."

"I'll come with you."

He waved bye and then walked into the school Ellis waited until he saw that he went into a building, he walked away making the journey back to his house.

For the rest of the day, Cameron hung out with all the guys, Ellis friends were really nice and he said that he forgives them for the beatings and they told them their truth, he actually likes Mollie a lot, he thought that she was cute and no wonder all the guys like her.

"Cameron, do you want this?" Finlay handed him a chocolate eclair, he didn't want to be mean and say that he doesn't eat sweet food a lot but he cut it in half and handed half to Mollie.

"Thanks."

Steven, Luke and Adam along with Cameron went to the I.T. room, their two classes were joined as Steven teacher was not here. "Cameron, how can you sit in this room?"

"Why?" He questioned, Steven looked like he didn't know what a computer looked like "Have you seen a computer before."

"Funny." He laughed, Adam and Luke laughed, high fived Cameron and went on to do their essays. "No like, sit here all day, looking at the computer."

"I'm not here all day. I have other classes but I like computers." He handed a piece of paper to Steven that had his name on in.

They all sat and their work, Cameron had to help Steven with somebody his work, they then went to the cafe in the school to get drinks and muffins, fruit salad for Cameron.

"Cam, don't you like cake?" Steven asked when they got back got the computer room.

"I dont know why, I never even as a kid wanted to eat chocolate and cake as well." He said as he started to eat his fruit salad.

Mollie was sitting at the table alone at the start of the afternoon break period, he went and sat down next to her. "Hey are you ok?"

"Oh, hey, yeah, do my thesis work and then my essays for drama." Mollie said, she had thesis paper for science and maths. "Don't get them."

"Let me have a look." He took the thesis papers and skimmed them. "Here, I'll help."

"You sure are a nerd." She laughed, she was playing with Cameron and he knew that.

"Four things I like; Science, Maths and Ellis." Mollie chooed and pushed Cameron likely. Cameron then started to show her how to ander the question to the thesis. The other guys came and sat to do their work. Mat sat next to Mollie, Hayden sat next to Cameron and asked him to help with his maths work.

It was the end of the day, everyone said goodbye to each other at the gate, Ellis walked up to them, they all hugged, shook hands and said bye, Cameron was waiting for everyone to leave.

"Hi." Ellis said when he saw Cameron, holding his hand out for him. "How are you?"

"Hey, I'm fine, how was your day?" He smiled, Ellis kissed his cheek then they started to walk to the nearest primary school to pick up his sister Mackie.

"Boring as hell." He said pulling him closer to his side as he kissed him all day, not being able to see him smiling or holding him, now was his time to savour this till he has to go home.

Waiting at the gate all the kids was walking out of the building the teacher let them leave, Mackie came running up to Cameron, Cameron picked her up even though she was 10 she was light for her age.

"Can we go to the park." Mackie asked as they walked away from the school.

"You know you can go tomorrow with Gracie, we have to go home today because I am in trouble remember." Mackie was sitting her head into Cameron's neck and her laughed, when they got to Ellis street he put her down and said bye and that he will see her again.

"Bye." He said to Ellis, Ellis kissed him. They walked away separately, Cameron looked back and saw Ellis looking at him, he went back to walking away.

That night they was taking on the phone then they FaceTime while Cameron was about to fall asleep, during Ellis talking Cameron started to fall asleep, then he did, Ellis ended the call and then fell asleep easier able to see Cameron fall asleep.
