Chapter 60: Queen's Blade

Y/N POV:

I get up early in the morning while Team RWBY are still sleeping.

I walk out the Dorm Room and head to mine.

Miyuki and Koyuki: (Had fun?~)

Y/N: (I'm never gonna do anything reckless again)

As I continue on my way with my legs feeling like jelly.

I open the door to see Karen and Yue asleep.

Y/N: (What time is it?)

Koyuki: (Around 3am)

I go to lay down next to Yue as she cuddles up with me.

Y/N: Heh...

I rub her head before looking at Karen.

Y/N: (So, we're gonna have to fight Karen today)

Koyuki: (Yeah, after today's mission)

Y/N: (Koyuki I'm leaving you in control for today)

Koyuki: (Really?)

Y/N: (I know how much you like Karen so it's only right)

Koyuki: (T-Thank you)

Y/N: (It's what families do)

I switch control to Koyuki.

Koyuki: (I won't let you down)

Koyuki POV:

I lay in bed as I sense Penny walking in.

Penny: Good morning everyone!

This causes Karen and Yue to wake up.

Koyuki: Morning Penny.

Karen: Is it time for briefing?

Penny: Right you are Karen!

Karen and I both stand up as Yue changes to sword mode and I get dressed into Y/N's battle attire as Karen gets in hers.

Karen: Nice to see again Koyuki.

Koyuki: Same to you.

We both head to the briefing area with Team RWBY, JNPR, and the Ace Ops.

Clover then walks in front of us with the screen displaying various missions.

Clover: Eyes up, Huntsmen. Time to get used to the new normal in Atlas.

Clover: Your top priority is Amity Tower. That means protecting supply runs from Grimm and bandits. And protecting the site itself.

Clover: Diverting all construction resources to Amity Tower means there are going to be gaps in Mantle's defenses against Grimm. They'll need help on the perimeter.
