Chapter 61: Empress vs Queen

Koyuki POV:

With Karen getting Akame we decided to postpone our match for a days so she and Akame can get used to each other more.

Currently I'm helping Team Yang and Blake train with a little game I came up with while the others have their own training partners.

Yang: Get back here!

I jump out of the way dodging Yang's punch destroying the wall next to us.

Koyuki: (She could really kill me)

I sense Blake trying to sneak attack me but I let out some electricity to shock her away from me.

Blake: Tch....

I jump back gaining some distance.

Yang: We're gonna get those bells.

Koyuki: Not if you can't catch me.

I look to see the bells I wrapped around my waist.

Koyuki: (Maybe I should start reading a book)

Y/N and Miyuki: (We are not Kakashi Sensei!)

Koyuki: (It would be funny though)

Blake: Pay attention!

I snap outta our conversation as I notice Blake wrapping her ribbon around me.

Yang: (charging in) We got you now!

I swap myself out with a clone as she punched the clones head shattering like glass.

Koyuki: Nice strategy.

Koyuki: Almost had me there.

I see Yang's eyes go red for a second until going back to normal and taking a seat with Blake.

Yang: (tired) Your one tough teacher you know that.

Blake: (tired) Couldn't land a single hit.

Koyuki: I wouldn't say that.

I show a deep scratch on my face Yang landed earlier.

Koyuki: You've both made me have to dodge seriously for the first time.

Koyuki: And it's only been a few days that's amazing progress.

I suddenly hear the training doors open as Ironwood and Clover walk in.

Ironwood: Clover wasn't kidding. You're really giving this your all.

Ruby: Well, we have to with the way things are going.

He then pulls out the tablet showing the voting poll with Robyn having 70% and Jacques having 30%.

Ironwood: They're not going well, are they?

Suddenly I feel Yang rest her arm on my shoulder.

Yang: Better Robyn than Jacques Schnee.

Ironwood: Oh, I suppose so. Either way, this election doesn't bode well for our stability.

Ruby: It could be a chance to work with Robyn and get Mantle on your side.

Ironwood: (putting his Scroll away) The likelihood of that working--

Nora: She's right, you have to do something about Mantle. If you could get Robyn to trust you...

Jaune: I bet if you opened up to her she'd understand that you're being framed.
