Red's Pov

The other two Kanto Dexholders caught up as I was searching for the one who screamed. We made our way to a clearing to see the gem trio fighting off five grunts; who were a lot stronger then they should be, and there was a sixth standing in the river.

I quickly scanned our surroundings looking for the golden haired teen. She wasn't there, which could only mean one thing.

I threw Vee's pokèball. "Vee, Psybeam!" I shouted. The grunts were defeated and we all ran to the river. Blue was already at the river holding Yellow's head.

"Is she okay?" White asked.

Green stepped closer, kneeling down and placed a hand on Blue's shoulder to steady himself. He put his hand in front of her nose, then he grabbed her wrist to check her pulse. "She'll be fine." Green announced. Everyone heaved a sigh of relief.

"Red, take her." She said.

I pretended not to care as I took Yellow from her. Her eyes were slightly open and they were wandering, looking for an image to rest on. Her eyes rested on me. "Red..." She whispered, so quietly that only I could hear her. Her eyes slowly began to close as she fell asleep.

She looked like an angel as she slept. we stumbled upon her house. Not that far in the forest but still in it. The juniors continued to Viridian along with Green, he had to open the gym. Blue and I stayed behind.

Blue's Pov

Red laid Yellow down in her bed and just walked away. I'm almost completely sure he was blushing. He has got to like her. he blushed when he took her from me too. He shook it off like it was from the heat, but it wasn't that hot in the forest.

I walked into the living room, where he was flipping through the channels. "Do you like Yellow?" I asked.

"Do you like Green?" He asked, unfazed by my question. I looked at the ground as I blushed.

"Don't turn this towards me! Look at me." He turned. I looked deep into his eyes. "Do you like Amarillo Del Bosque Verde? Do you like Yellow of the Viridian Forest?" I questioned. He turned the color of his namesake. "I knew it!" I shouted. Quieter I said, "Why haven't you said anything?"

"She probably doesn't like me back." He answered.

"Oh come on, Red! She's liked you for about ten years! It's time to ask her out!"

"You think so?" He blushed an even deeper color, which I thought wasn't possible.

"Yeah." I encouraged.

Me: Just so it's clear, in the beginning of the story it was actually Blue who lifted Yellow out of the river, but she was too heavy so she put her down on the grass.
