Staying here was awesome. Rilee had told us we were staying for like 2 days, but there were some "delays" whatever they were. We even got to meet Rilee's son Will. He looked exactly like him with the scraggly brown hair and dark brown eyes. The Hut is pretty cool too- it's made completely out of trees, with holes cut in for the doors and windows. But the coolest thing is that it connects to a hollowed out tree, with rooms inside the trunk. We eat outside on the branches. I love it- it's so fun! You can see everything down there.
"Crunch" there's footsteps. Whoever it is, they're trying to be stealthy.
I decide to hide behind a tree. As I'm trying to make myself small, the footsteps get closer. Then I see him. He has brown hair, with macing dark brown eyes, staring straight into mine.
"Now, if you'll just come with me, young lad," the man says as he lunges at me with outstretched arms.
"AHHH!!!" I scream, someone has to hear me.
"Shutup, if you know what's good for you kid," he says as he raises a club and whacks me.
I immediately black out, but I suddenly hear shouts- "Found him, sir," but they soon fade into screams as I hear them drop to the ground. Whoever was trying to kidnap me is experienced. I try to open my eyes, but they just won't respond.
Suddenly, I'm in a dark room, with only torches along the halls. I look up to see a throne, with a figure bathed in shadow sitting upon it. It stands up, and gives me a wicked smile. Something about it gives me the creeps. Then, it pulls back it's hood, and I see her. The witch herself. She beckons for me to come forward, but I don't come forth. She gets angry, and suddenly I am moving towards her. She grips my hand, I can feel my fingers breaking. Then I see visions- a dark army surrounded by shadow and fire. Then... then, I see the elves, and werewolves, along with other races I've only seen in fairy tales. I also see... I see the others- Rylee, Phoebe, Mary Grace... she looks so broken, Nicholas, and Sara. They're all fighting so hard, but I can't see myself. The vision changes, and I am with the witch on the battlefield. I'm being held captive, and the witch gives me that smile again and leans to tell me something-
I wake up on some man's back...
"Let me go! Where am I?"
"Hush child," the strange man barks back.
I'm too tired to fight back, but I need to stand. I ask him if we can stop, and he finally puts me down. That's when my fingers start hurting. I try to bend them, but they start bursting with pain. I think back to what couldd've happened when I remember the dream. Or was it a dream? How could a dream have done this to me?
The man stares at me, and I ask him his name.
"Jamie."
'What are you doing with me?"
"Sorry kid, witches orders to kidnap you."
"Why do you even listen to that lady?"
"Because she does... things to you if you don't Besides, I happen to be her son."
"Bet you love your mom," I smirk.
"You better learn to hold your tongue in front of others, I understand you're also the one who brought them here. Well, my mother is very pleased that you brought them right to her, so she can kill you."
"How do you know they'll even come to rescue me?"
"Because Mary Grace will come, and then the others will follow you."
