Tears stained her cheeks as she sighs a deep sigh, and lays down, closing her eyes. Her body trembles from the breakdown earlier.

As her eyes are closed, she begins seeing dark shapes, slowly moulding into dolls… Her old dolls. She watches a younger version of play and surprisingly… Laugh. When was the last time she laughed? Where had those dolls gone?

The picture begins to change. A pool of flowers begin to emerge. She’s there, wearing a yellow sundress… Picking the flowers. When was the last time she picked flowers? Where had that sundress gone?

Once more, the picture changes. But this time, she’s sleeping, not in her own bed but, in someone’s arms. She watches her young self cuddle up with… mother. Her mother kisses her on the forehead, and whispered magical things in her innocent little ears. When was the last time she saw her mother? Where had those kisses gone?

She suddenly shot up in bed, sweating from head to toe. When was the last time she had lived like this?

...Where did her childhood go…?
