Few weeks have passed, the tournament is getting closer. So does the final test. Ugh, i have to study for the test again. I. Hate. It.

Can't we, the one who helped to boost the university's image, get some kind of privilege? I mean, basketball club, cheerleader club, and taekwondo club have won so many competitions out there. Our achievements are outstanding. We should be given the privilege not to take exams to be able to continue the semester.

Now we have to do two tasks: studying and practicing at the same time. How am i suppose to manage my time?

Talking about tournament, Taehyung is getting weird these days. He ignores me more, he doesn't like me to follow him around anymore. He's strangely closer to the new student now. Hyunae, i mean. Of course he's close with Jimin too, but that's a different case.

Am i jealous? Absolutely. Can i do anything about it? No. The only thing that changes, is the way i look at Hyunae now. It can't be helped that i start to dislike her, can it?

They always sit next to each other behind there in the hall. Everytime. He laughs with her a lot. I don't like the fact that he's becoming more cheerful now. They study together, eat their lunch together, discuss about some dumb theories together. I want to discuss too! But i'm dumb, so how?

He knows exactly that i like him. Is he aware with the fact that he's slowly hurting me? Well to be honest, i don't think he cares at all. He's too happy with Hyunae.

Today is just like any other day. I bet today Taehyung will ask me to get more friends again.

I don't know what's in his mind but, it annoys me so much. Probably one day, when i finally reach my limit of patience, i'll scream at his face and ask him to just shut up.

"Jieun,"

I look up to the call of my name, finding Taehyung staring at me with a smile plastered on his face. He never smiled that way, it's weird.

"Is it okay if you ask your family's driver to pick you up today? I'm really sorry but i have to stay a bit later today," he states. "We have exams coming up and i need Hyunae's help to study."

I can't help but to roll my eyes at his lame excuse. Since when did the mighty Kim Taehyung needs help in studying? He doesn't! He's too smart for that.

"Actually, Jieun can come with us too if she wants."

Coming from behind, Hyunae taps Taehyung's shoulder and smiles at me. I swear i almost roll my eyes again in front of them.

"Really? Do you want to?" Taehyung's eyes widen, looking at me in surprise.

I scoff. "What do you expect? Of course no! Why would i waste my time to study with you guys?"

Wait. Did i answer a bit too rude? Because both of them seems a little.. offended.

As expected, Taehyung isn't so happy with my answer. I bet he's just unhappy because i talked to Hyunae like that. The normal Taehyung wouldn't mind my rude attitude because he knows me well.

"Just say you refuse and go. What's with that attitude?"

I look at him in surprise, didn't expect him to snap back this way. He's never been like that to me. And beside, that's not what i meant!

Suddenly, anger overwhelmes me. I stand up and look at him straight in the eyes.

"Oh why? I'm sorry that you're unhappy with that, but i'm sure that you don't want me to be there as well, right? I might've ruined the moment." I spit.
